They communicate if needs be, dressed well, taxis clean. As any Hemel commuter knows, it's really tough to get taxis from the station sometimes (the queuing system is woeful), so my tip of the day is to call up in advance, even when leaving Euston!

I always use Choice due to the ease of hopping of a train and jumping into a taxi which you can usually get without booking in advance. I would suggest that if you are on a busy train to phone ahead, or if it's late at night to phone, although on one occasion I couldn't get through on the phones but I did find a taxi when I got off the train. The fares seem fairly reasonable as well, and the drivers are always friendly. The best choice in my opinion.
