Crap customer service! will never use again…read more Got a call 10 mins before my pick-up at 6.15am to catch a flight to Heathrow, first to tell me that I had been misquoted and that the price is actually £5 more. Then when I say that I had already done this trip the previous weeks with their company for this price, they "came clean" and said that because their own car had broken down on the way to pick me up (not sure I even believe this), they had to sub-contract to another cab company but that I would have to pay the extra £5 myself. Even though none of this was my fault. Their own offer of compensation was to discount the £5 on my next booking! What a crap way to do business and the response to my complaint was very much only lip-service - "we're sorry you had a crap experience blah blah" and "we'll pass on your complaint to management" Poor poor poor!

I have been working with Airport Transfers Company for over a year now. I travel 2-3 times a month…read moreso have come to rely quite heavily on Naz and his Company. I have never been disappointed with the service and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable business partner. I can text, phone, BB messenger, email or go on-line to book. I have often booked at very short notice and have always been accommodated. The drivers have always been waiting outside on return to the airport and if for any reason the driver is held up - they always text to let me know. (Naz insists on a very high standard of service delivery from his drivers which works very well.) 2 weeks ago I accidently locked myself outside of my flat in Battersea - 2 hrs before I was supposed to leave for the airport. All my luggage was inside. My partner has another key - but works in Surrey, so I resigned myself to missing the flight. I phoned Naz to explain - as he was taking me to the airport later that day. He was in Croydon at the time and said he would leave immediately to go and pick up the key at my partners office, come back and collect me to go the airport. It was a very close call but I made the flight. This is the level of the service you can expect from Naz and his company. Highly recommended! Jacqui Venter
