Kathy and Joseph
After scouring several jewelry stores for a white gold anklet as a specia gift for my girfriend, I found one at an amazing price, online, from Helzberg Diamonds. It was the last anklet they had and I needed it for a dinner planned for the coming Saturday, so I placed the order and got a confirmation on Thursday, January 5th . The next day, I got an e-mail that the order was ready for pickup. I was relieved and happy that I got what I needed. The location was almost 35 miles from from me, but my girlfriend lives about 15 miles Katy MIlls, so I made plans to pick the order up Saturday morning.
When I got to the mall, I attempted to follow the curbside pickup instructions, but I didn't see any parking spaces dedicated to the store for curbside. I drove around the parking lot, outside of mall entry #3 and finally wound up parking in a food court order pickup space. I clicked the button, in the e-mail, for curbside pickup and entered my vehicle infocrmauton, but I kept getting an errorI tried calling the store, but there was no answer, so then I walked in to Helzberg.
Kathy told me that they didn't have the order, even after I told her that I'd spoken to Joseph. She seemed to be perturbed by my insistence that she get with Joseph and was rather mean. Joseph finally finished with his customer, searched for and found my order. He apologized for Kathy's behavior and explained the issue in the system.
