I was in the program for roughly 5.5 months virtually. The staff is incredibly flexible, understanding, and professional. Facilitators both virtually and physically present at the center make group sessions easy and entertaining through lively discussions. All of the staff are friendly and down to Earth and generally care for your well-being. I specifically received a tremendous amount of help from Krystel, Frank, Katie, Sasha, and Stacey. Medical staff is completely on top of any medication you may need if transferring from a rehabilitation facility or just beginning your course to recovery at Milestone. My therapist, Krystel, worked wonders for me and I was very upset that I had to find a new therapist after graduating from the program as she was that professional and helpful. Sasha was my case manager and was very attentive to my needs throughout the course of my stay and ensured I had a game plan for life after Milestone. Katie works in client relations and repeatedly checks on every client that is virtual and at the facility every single week to ensure all needs are met. She can also assist when any technological issue that may arise while attending virtually. I cannot put into words how grateful I am for the experience and care the entire staff at Milestone provided to me. Thanks to them I am now 6 months sober and have all the tools and resources lined up for care after graduation. I'd like to start by saying that while I haven't visited the physical building, I was referred here…read moreby my doctor to work with a dietitian to help me lose weight and improve my health. This isn't something I ever would have considered earlier in my life--not for any particular reason, I just wouldn't have done it. However, for the past four months, I have been working with Dennis Bueso, MA, RD (Clinical/Sports Dietitian), and the experience has been nothing like I expected. Being very overweight, I anticipated someone taking charge of the conversation and lecturing me on what I 'better' start doing. I think TV gave me a twisted idea of how these things go. Thankfully, it hasn't been like that at all. Our conversations are excellent and open. Mr. Bueso is incredibly 'chill' and immediately sets you at ease; it feels like a normal, back-and-forth conversation between two people. He is great at following up and is just a genuinely easy person to talk to. Since starting, I've seen amazing results. For those who know what A1C is, mine had been double what it should be for over five years. In just four months, I've brought it down to exactly where it's supposed to be. I give myself credit for controlling my diet, but Dennis has been instrumental in helping me understand what to watch and work on. In addition to the blood work, I've lost over 30 pounds in that same timeframe. I definitely want to give props and thanks to Mr. Bueso. If your doctor has recommended a dietitian, just do it. I worried about how it would go, but those worries were unnecessary. It has been a great experience. Your first…read moreappointment will be a consultation to rate ur pain level and issues to establish a therapeutic regimen. Appointments are 2-3x per week normally. They also give you exercises that you can do at home. I went for the dry needling, but found out my insurance doesn't cover it, but you have the option to pay out of pocket. The room is wide open so it will be several other patients getting worked on at the same time. They do have some private rooms. You're given several exercises to build your strength back up in whatever area you have issues with, and they also incorporate some massage, and heating pads into your treatment. It's about an hour visit, and you're in and out. Wear something comfy. I have used them in the past as well and think its a nice office to use for your therapeutic needs. Check them out!!

"we didn't receive the paperwork", excuse. Seen this before, they billed our CC after they said they received our request to cancel service and would send us a refund check. Never received check. Called bank reporting suspicious billing behavior. Bank agreed, now just received another bill. Do not trust this vendor. Report fraud if you experience it with this vendor. My family frien and wife used their service last year and terminated it after they experienced similar behavior. Protect yourself!

We brought them in to help with Mom's comfort care in October after she'd been diagnosed with Bladder cancer at the age of 92. Suncrest provided so much assistance to my mom and our family. The staff was friendly, considerate, and caring. They gave my mom lots of laughs over her last months. I was with my mom almost every day as her health failed, and the comfort I got from their presence and support was immeasurable. In particular, nurse Christina, CNA Jayda, and social worker Judy were so wonderful. They, along with a phenomenal staff at Harbourway, allowed me and my family the ability to say farewell in a calm, loving environment.
