I listed the jobs needed to be done and Justin gave me an estimate of the cost up front. He handled the few jobs at my home with professionalism and good humor. Justin looks at the problem and then figures out the best way to fix it. He does not "fix" problems in a slapdash manner - he fixes problems so they stay fixed. I also appreciate the fact that he explains what he is doing and why he is working on the problem in a certain way. Justin is detail oriented, which is also a great attribute. Even though I asked for his help on a few small additional matters He overcharged me about 7 hours from the original estimate yet did not finish his clean up leaving me to perform his duties that he was paid for. I spoke to him about it n he told me he would be over but " blew me off n never showed up" He tried to "!tweak it " by telling me he would be over but never showed up " stating he had " given himself to " serve the Lotd"- what a crock!. His primary skill set was painting n he couldn't do other tasks like flooring or roof repair! .
