The staff is always extremely friendly and the inside is very organized/clean. The doctors I've seen have always been overall very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate that I know that I have an urgent care I can trust and go to. Today I went in for a knee injury after falling/sliding across pavement. Because the top layer of my skin was gone, there was no way to do stitches. But thankfully they were not needed. The staff properly clean, dressed, and wrapped my knees up. I also got a tetanus shot to be safe.

However the second time I came here was today 10/14/2026 the nurse practitioner on duty that came to see me after I was placed in an exam room at around 1:10 PM, lady approximately in her early to mid 50s came in and barely did an examination. Before she came in I heard her outside and sounded like she was gossiping she said "I am about to find out but I don't want to find out" literally a second or two before she opened my door. No idea what that's about or if it was about me but it felt weird when I heard it. Then she came in asked me one question and told me what I had wrong with me right away recommended a steroid shot and some prescriptions. Maybe I am over-reacting but everything felt rushed and she did not do a full examination of all the areas I told her I was having issues in. Just told me to make an appointment with a doctor which I am going to but I can say that I did not leave this particular visit with my mind at ease. It felt rushed. People coming to spend their money for care should receive care that is thorough and they should not feel rushed. She was in there with me for 1 minute at most then out the door. Whether I am overreacting or not I'm not sure but I don't usually go to doctors and while my first experience here was good this second one was not very good at all and was enough to warrant this 2 star review. Next time I will choose a different location if I ever need an urgent care again. I get it, it's an urgent care things move fast but in my gut I know this felt wrong and completely rushed. People coming to see a doctor should be treated with better care and have all their concerns addressed. Also to add to that, when I asked her for guidance on the medications she prescribed she said. " it will be on the labels and turned around towards the door". Honestly I think I'm being nice with a 2 star review tbh the only thing that got them a two star was the first visit where two doctors in their mid to late 30s one Caucasian male and one female of possible South Asian descent (don't have their names) examined me and were very thorough, professional, friendly and took the time to answer my questions about a few sensitive and private topics and did not rush me at all. However this visit today with this lady was atrocious. I was trying to tell myself hey maybe they are just busy but no. The vibe was bad. The energy was bad. All of my concerns were not properly addressed. Atrocious service from this nurse practitioner. She also told me that I should take a shot and not oral medication for my condition and that she would also prescribe some creams however in the portal it says she prescribed an oral steroid along with the two creams however I already received a steroid shot and she told me that she was just prescribing creams and not an oral medicine. So now I am left wondering should I take the oral medicine she did not give me guidance on the medicine just told me to "read the label". My pharmacy has not even received the prescription yet but I will have to see "what it says on the label" and basically ask for guidance from the pharmacist because the nurse practitioner brushed me off and told me to "read the label" when I asked for guidance on the medication. Honestly I do not think I have ever written a bad review in my life in fact I have not written many reviews at all and this is the second time me visiting a doctor in like 5 years and I will tell you what we are 50/50 one good experience and one atrocious experience at this clinic. However the more I think about the service I received here today from this nurse practitioner the more distraught I feel with the care I received. Maybe treat people with more compassion and patience and don't treat them like a conveyor belt if you are going to be in the medical field.

PTS is smaller, yet I received much better attention and care than the other office. I had 2 hip replacements back to back so my comparison is recent. PTS had me doing exercises which definitely helped in my recovery versus the other place who had me mostly walking on a treadmill and doing more aerobic excercises having little to do with my hip. ( at least in my opinion) All the therapists were very professional, kind and compassionate. Also, scheduling appointments was very easy to fit my schedule. This was so important to me as the other office could barely schedule me for the day I needed. There was no flexibility in their scheduling and they didn't care about being able to fit me in. PTS scheduled me whenever I needed. If I require pt anytime in the future, I will definitely go back to Physical Therapy Specialists in Davenport.

These guys are truly the best and so professional when it comes to physical therapy…read more I've had to come here two separate times for issues with both of my knees, and Clark has been amazing. He's so knowledgeable and attentive, and you can tell he's super passionate about what he does. The first time I came, I had been having severe pain in my knees for months and months- I got an MRI and found out I had a partial tear in my meniscus and other damaged cartilage behind my kneecap. The surgeon didn't want to touch it so I wasn't given a guidance and it just continued to get worse. When I came here, Clark finally helped me figure out that the issue wasn't even all the torn and damaged cartilage, but that my kneecap was out of place from all my years playing basketball. He helped get to the root of my issue and had my knee feeling better in a little over a month when no one else was giving me any real answers. Clark is also a former college athlete, which I am myself, and having someone who's been through similar experiences and knows how to help my injuries that have stemmed from playing sports made me even more comfortable. All of the PT's here are great- I've talked to multiple other patients and many of them have come back for different issues and gotten the help they needed. Even Alicia who works at the front is the sweetest admin and helps get all the insurance and appointments set up swiftly.
