Yorkshire Deals also has a good range of plastic boxes, bins and basket that come direct from ThePlasticBoxShop and you can buy what they have on display or order items that suit your needs (I recently ordered three larger plastic stacking boxes for toy storage and have these in three days and was rung when they were in). Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help and the shop takes cash and debit/credit cards. During the Autumn, they start a Christmas saving scheme where you can order branded/premium toys from a small catalogue and pay them off in the run up to Christmas (goods on receipt of full payment) which is very handy in the current climate (stops impulse buying!) and saves a trip to Northallerton or further for the same items. The staff are polite and friendly and go out of their way to help and nothing is too much to ask. White Rose hosts regular author signings and talks and monthly Storytime sessions for children. Throughout the year other events are help such as privilege nights, Halloween late opening and much more. White Rose operates a points card when book tokens can be achieved. As well as the usual books, White Rose has an impressive selection of stationary, gift and art items including prints from local artists. WELL worth a visit!

There is a good range of tops etc but I'd like to see more plus size items - there are a few marked 20-22 but these tend to be quite misshapen and of a shiny or clingy material (???). Credit and creit cards are accepted and the staff are friendly and ever so willing to help. Parking available in the town square.
