Upped the price to 170.00 because she would have 2 girls come to clean. Day of the cleaning, she shows up alone (stating her sister was unable to come) however, she was on time to start cleaning. It seemed she was pretty thorough so I went about my business to unpack and started putting things away. After she said she was finished i took a quick look around and noticed some questionable issues. She cleaned one side of the window frame, but forgot the other windows right next to it. She also cleaned the refrigerator but forgot the freezer. So I asked her to fix those issues. Once done, I should have walked the unit but I didn't figuring she completed her work. We went back and forth about the price and I was to tired to argue and paid her the 170. After she left and I went back to unpacking, I noticed the other issues and items that haven't been touch. The stair rails, shower door guides, above the blinds and heater vent haven't been touch to name a few. This was to be a thorough cleaning, which has me to believe otherwise by the items untouched. I was considering to have her return once a month, but I rather look for someone else. To me it wasn't worth the 170 and she is lucky I'm giving her3 stars.

After looking around I noticed how thorough they are, they moved furniture and belongings out of the way to clean the floors, counter tops and desks. All of our stainless steel appliances were so shiny! I had accidentally left cash in an envelope on my desk, they removed everything on my desk to properly clean it and returned my belongings and not a dollar missing. I am thoroughly pleased with the quality of service, competitive pricing and professionalism their employees exhibit. I highly recommend choosing RC Cleaning Service. 5 STARS!

I requested a deep cleaning with them, but when it came to work that required effort, they didn't…read morehave enough skill and their attitude was rude. The shower doors were still full of water stains after their cleaning. I had to argue with them to let them redo the work because they wanted to charge me extra material costs (I was like, "What???"). Collecting dust on a tiny outdoor spot, which takes just a few extra brushes to clean, took three rounds of communication to get them to do the work. They charged me by the hour. The job to deep clean an almost vacant, well-maintained 5-bed, 4.5-bath house took them seven hours, and they didn't do a good job at all. I posted some photos of the stove after their cleaning. They lack the tools and skills to clean effectively. In the end, I was not satisfied with their job. I offered to pay them $450 for the slow and poor work. They insisted on $500. They started to demand my ID, recorded videos of me, yelled in the neighborhood, and called the police on me for not being willing to pay what they charged. I paid them what they charged just to end the embarrassment.

From the start, Radka was very responsive and that's always a good sign, as there are so many flaky cleaning companies these days. I literally had another company ghost me after asking to view my home prior to the cleaning! Radka didn't require a "preview" of the home. She gave us her next availability and she & her co-worker showed up on time and with a smile! It took about 2-1/2 hours to clean our home, and they did a spectacular job! They cleaned areas that previous cleaners didn't touch. In addition, they were extremely pleasant and very friendly. They also came across as very trustworthy. They are our new go-to cleaners!

Scheduling is easy, communication is clear, and the team shows up exactly on time. They are also polite, respectful of the space, and work quietly and professionally. Prices are fair, service is excellent, and the quality is far above what I've had from other cleaning services in the area.
