    My parents have been customers of this bank for years. They came in and were told what to bring to…read moreopen up a business account. The next day I came in and brought everything. There was a new girl there that took issue with irrelevant things like the fact that a letter (that could have been hand- written) was typed and looked like a long text message. She also wanted an operating agreement when I have a single member LLC. She called the branch manager at the Warminster location and he told her that she should tell me that they will put my request on hold till Monday. She didn't tell him I had a single member LLC. When I had called him, he apologized and told me to come to Warminster. I was on my way to another bank at the time he asked me to come. When I got there, it was 11:30ish. There was an elderly couple there for an appointment. I was told to wait till they are done. After about 10 minutes, this same branch manager who told me to come to this branch, which is out of my way, walked into the waiting area and told me I had to go because the wait for this couple would take longer than expected and it would be after 12 when he finishes with them. He didn't say anything else. I was completely shocked at the stupidity of this guy who just told me to come because he wanted to make up for the mistakes of another employee at the Southampton branch. When I had called the Jenkintown branch and told the branch manager there about what happened, she was completely shocked because she said that I came before closing and that as long as customers come before closing, the employees have an obligation to provide service. The employees at this bank are some of dumbest people I have ever encountered. This is the second incident. The first time when one of our contractors came to cash a check that we wrote from this bank, they made up an excuse to not cash it and I had one of the higher ups call me and apologize profusely for what happened afterwards. This bank is a nightmare and the employees are a bunch of idiots. There is some sort of a discriminatory tendency at some of their branches. They treat some customers better than others just because they feel that way.

She told me the time on the transaction had actually gone through after the time on the ticket. Disappointed, I accepted that this was probably an error I had made during processing, however Eileen then called me back after doing some research and was able to send me the time the payment was processed as pending, which was well before the ticketed time. She saved me $76. I tried to express to her how very much I appreciated her additional time and effort in securing the information needed. The customer service received was well above my expectations!

They'll auto enroll you in their overdraft program without your auth and keep you enrolled even if you opt out. They'll abruptly cancel your debit card without even speaking to you and/or notifying you that it's been done. The only way you'll find out is when you're purchasing something and look like a poor fool after it declines. They manually post your transactions instead of letting the system do its job, often resulting in double debits that are not corrected for a few days, this includes ATM transactions. I've even had to submit an unauthorized payment for AGAINST the bank, yes they actually made me fill one out after their sticky fingers got caught (3 MONTHS after the fact). Forget using their messaging system, the reps either reply with something completely irrelevant to the inquiry and they'll straight up ignore parts of the message if it means they're forced to refund you, as if it makes it magically go away. Thus wasting your time having to repeat yourself over and over. Do yourself a solid and choose a bank with convenient hours, competent staff, and who doesn't charge you unwarranted fees our the rear while ignoring any basic request made to your account.
