Example: After wanting to give them yet another chance, and being helped by the same staff member for our third'ish visit in a row, we decided to compliment a staff member for their consistent and courteous service. They were probably warned after we left that we were evil cis, because subsequent visits were completely opposite. Or does it say more about society (or our area), that you can't just be nice to random people without them thinking the worst? So after giving them many chances, we've decided no more. They don't do anything positive for the community as a whole, just "their" community. This area deserves a better comic book shop and definitely don't bring your kids in for Pokemon cards.
