GG's Electric responded within an hour and came out to my home that afternoon to look at the issue and gave me a quote at no charge. We had a generator to get us through until Monday which saved us some money. On Monday morning the work to replace the panel began. The electricity was back up and running in my home by Monday afternoon. GG's Electric was professional during the entire process and the price was more than fair. They ran into an issue with the installation, but we were never charge extra and they stood by the initial quote. The service we received from GG's Electric was outstanding. They resell carpets from Shaw and dealing with a warranty claim is more than difficult! The story- I tested the sample for bleach resistance. About 2 yrs after installation, I had to add bleach to my cleaning water. The carpet lost color. Meh, OK. The carpet was matted and not cleanable by 5 yrs in on a 10 yr warranty. I pulled the carpet out and put in hardwood. The store owner hemmed and hawed. Somehow it was MY fault and they're not going to honor any warranty issues. I will go to Echo Flooring next time. The buyer there says that dealing direct with Shaw, they have had fantastic warranty service. Buying through Carpet One, you get nada.

Bonnie was very polite and professional. She was able to get someone out to my home that afternoon. Heather did a great job. She serviced the unit, cleaned it out and got it working. She noticed it needed a new high pressure valve, ordered the part and came back a week lat and installed it. Very trustworthy and left no messes. Definitely will use again. Price was very reasonable.
