Bonnie was very polite and professional. She was able to get someone out to my home that afternoon. Heather did a great job. She serviced the unit, cleaned it out and got it working. She noticed it needed a new high pressure valve, ordered the part and came back a week lat and installed it. Very trustworthy and left no messes. Definitely will use again. Price was very reasonable. Heather showed me things like how to change the batteries and clean the filter in the furnace area also (things I now need to learn as my husband recently passed).

I found Lock Haven Plumbing and Heating by searching online and feel very fortunate to have found them. The office was very patient with me in trying to decide on an appointment time that would work and the technician that was assigned, Terry, was outstanding. He arrived on time which was very much appreciated and he took the extra time to answer a lot of questions I had about how best to care for the water heater. I had written down some questions that I wanted to ask him and he very thoughtfully wrote down all of the answers to my questions. Much appreciation!!

LH Plumbing & Heating stepped up to the plate and had our new furnaces installed and working great before we actually needed them! We have been using LH Plumbing & Heating for a couple decades and they have always gone above and beyond from heating, new water heater, and sewer tank issues. Yep, that was our last "homeowner" issue and we had two guys here for several hours, They didn't leave until we were able to get showers etc.... The employees are very respectful and explain in detail the service they are providing. I highly recommend them.

He started from the basement, up through the attic and the roof vent. Richard was very knowledgeable and friendly, he gave me a fair estimate, did an incredible job in two days, as promised, just in time for my roofers to come in and install a new metal roof. The work was well done, clean and professional. At the start of this summer, Richard serviced my house central air conditioner, inspected the compressor, cleaned the outside heat exchanger, changed the filters, and gave me a clear explanation on what he found. Randy came and shut off the water and called to order a new Gas hot water heater with power vent. He ordered a commercial grade water heater which is made better and will last longer. I appreciated that. He & Bobby were at our home the following morning before 8:00am to install the new gas hot water heater. I had been told by another plumbing & heating company that I would need to have a new sewer line installed outside due to the terra cotta pipes slipping and trapping the toilet paper & waste. I had asked that company twice to give me an estimate but they never did. Randy used his camera to look and he showed me that I could wait a year. We also had 2 water pipes in our front yard that stuck out of the ground with grass all around them. Our house is very old and use to be a duplex which is why there are 2 water pipes. We could not mow over them. I asked Randy if the pipes could be lowered. He checked them then called the Williamsport Water Authority and told them of our situation. The following day 2 fellas from the Water Authority came and lowered the pipes and replaced one broken cap. We had also been told that we needed to have a new chimney installed. Since Randy is a Master Plumber he said that we did not need a new chimney because our furnace and gas hot water heater both have a power source that vents outside which is sufficient. Overall, very pleased with Randy at Pipe Doctor. Would absolutely recommend this company!
