I was never told by R&J Ertel that it was being sold without a warranty. Now they won't service it under the warranty and I have been unable to even talk to them. Every call goes unanswered. Beware! Make sure there is a warranty on any product you buy. Don't assume it comes with a factory warranty. I have dealt with R&J Ertel for over 20 years, but never again.

They were at the house less than an hour and charged her $150! The one guy called into the office to see what they were supposed to charge! They didn't even provide her an invoice. Shysters! I called and talked to Bill Kranz as to why the bill was $70 more than it should have been and he explained that it is 20 minutes each way to her house! So they charge travel time and do not disclose it!!! RIDICULOUS!! NEVER EVER USE THEM!

The last time, the owner's son came to my house to fix a faucet that I had gotten the replacement part under warranty from Delta. Since he was only there for 15-20 minutes, I never got a bill. I called to ask why and the owner said don't worry about it since it would be so small. I would definitely recommend.
