Once I checked in they told me their system was down and it would be several weeks to get a photo, I was fine with this as it was hard enough getting there and I just wanted to get the photo. I was told there was one family ahead of me, and then we waited and waited and by the time 2:00 rolled around I had to say something. I asked Karla how much longer and she rudely responded with "the longer I talk to you the longer you are going to wait" I should have walked out at this point, but decided to wait. The first impression upon entering the building was that it was a very nice set up. There were many very nice photographs on display everywhere. There were also old cameras on display which was a nice touch. It was a good first impression of the business. The two young ladies seated behind the front counter were very friendly and professional and immediately assisted my family and I. GREAT customer service. Approximately ten minutes went by when the photographer assigned to us, Paula sat at our table and we chatted for a few minutes about the photos to be taken and the area we currently reside in which was nice. We were taken to the rear of the large studio and Paula got to work. She is a GREAT photographer and an even nicer person. She was so friendly, funny and down to earth. Paula did her thing as far as taking many, many pics but was also open to our feedback on a few pics. We have yet to see the finished product or pricing so I cannot comment on those two items.
