I stopped by this past weekend, I had no idea this establishment was there, it the ambiance brought me in. I truly loved the decor and all the colors, the cozy chairs and flowers added an extra Cute touch. The people working there were awesome, the nice lady that took my order was very helpful and answer every question I had. We ordered the tiger milk tea with tapioca boba and a really nice mango tea with mango popping boba. Drinks came out really quickly and they weee delicious, definitely stop by while shopping in the avenues mall, you won't regret it.

not bad! I can tell they put a lot of love & care into their boba shop based on the interior and special drinks they offer! They have some pokemon & shrek themed drinks which is super fun and cute. The drinks were expensive... my matcha milk tea was over $8 :/ and I've definitely had better for a cheaper price. I'm not sure if I would come here again unless I was at the mall and had a serious craving.

Treat for the girls at the mall. Line moved quickly. Very small inside - but cute. Located on the first floor. Service- Good, small wait based on the line. Variety- Milk teas, teas, shakes but no slushies, popping boba, traditional, and jellies. Girls both had milk teas, one mango and one strawberry. Mango didn't have a lot of boba at all. Strawberry did and she added heart jellies. To go for my son was the mango milkshake, although similar to a slushie with some popping boba. Typical price for most- like an expensive coffee. Aw cute place ! I don't usually like boba but they prepare theirs very nicely ! perfectly to how i like them ! sometimes boba is too hard or too soft. and they were very tasty flavored. we got a horchata and ginger chai :--) i was so sad there was too much ice though. like if that's the default that's a bummer. it trapped the yummy boba in the very bottom of the cup ! read more

Went to Helloo Boba a few days ago when I went to the mall to get a few things, first off, cafe was very clean and the ladies at the counter were very sweet and welcoming. They have many options so I asked one the ladies to recommend a boba tea. I order the Taro with tapioca pearls, simple but it was great. Service was quick and would def come back. There's always room for boba! Helloo Boba has creative menus with cute themes like their Pokemon, Shrek, and Studio Ghibli combinations of milk and fruit teas. Their decor was also spot on and fun for the Halloween season. I had the Caterpie (Honeydew Matcha Milk Tea with lychee jelly) and my sister had the Magikarp (Strawberry Banana Milk Tea). I've been here 3 or 4 times and only have had a positive experience once. Boba tea is not impressive, not horrible, but nothing to brag about. the rolled ice cream severely lacks flavor: we ordered lavender ice cream only to receive vanilla with an extremely faint hint of lavender. the ambience is cute but the employees are unfortunately not always the most understanding. a lot of them don't speak English very well but nothing against them for that. I keep trying to give it another change because I love boba, but it's only worth it if I'm very desperate. read more

However this visit was very different! I got the A13 pan fried rice cake which was SO GOOD! It's a turnip cake (usually get this at dim sum places) turned into egg omelette. Very unique dish that you don't usually find at Pho restaurants. I also got the Pho with tendon and fatty brisket. The tendon was chewy/rubbery/inedible, so definitely won't get that again. But the brisket was tender (not very fatty at all). The accoutrements were fresh and plentiful. I had a really sweet and fast server. The decor inside is pretty worn out (alot of booths had holes in the seats, the fish tank was empty, etc), but I would return for the A13 and pho!

They also had a great selection of meat such as beef bones for broth or even miso for soups and more, plus a dry goods area with several types of rice, cooking extracts, and sauces. One thing that really stood out was the variety of wrappers available for different kinds of dim sum (such as shumai wrappers and bao buns), which can be hard to find in many places. Beyond food, they also carry hair care products, soaps, and kitchen items like plates, bowls, chopsticks, sakè dishes, and soy sauce containers. They even have a nice little baked goods section where you can grab a snack while you shop. Overall, this store really seems to have a bit of everything and is a great place to find both everyday ingredients and specialty items.

I recently moved here from California and used to have my regular boba joint that I would frequent that just felt like home to me and my circle of friends back home. Since moving to Jacksonville for work recently, I can honestly say that helloo boba's atmosphere is so inviting and fun. Me and my friends love taking selfies by the wall or just chilling in the 2 hanging egg chairs they have in in the front that are super comfy. The different types of drinks, variety of flavors and jellys are unmatched to any other boba place I've tried here in the city and is the closest thing I've found here in jax that I felt has a whole vibe to it. The decor is amazing, the place is clean, and the staff are always friendly with me each time I go. It's to the point that they know my name and order as soon as I walk in. I took my girls here to have their first rolled ice cream experience. Eva made it an absolute delight. My 5 year old was quite enamored with the whole process and she treated her very well and made it a great experience for her. It is a bit pricey at about $15 for the deluxe bowl or ice cream. But it is pretty labor intensive process and a fun experience. read more

Stopped by to enjoy a Thai milk tea with coffee jelly and it was so flavorful! You can tell how great of quality the ingredients are the second you take a sip of your drink. I tried Boba for the first time this evening, and I can't imagine a better store for my first experience! The customer service, product, and cleanliness of the store is all executed perfectly. The owner gave a recommendation which was exact to my taste. I will definitely be back again! read more

I love that there are lots of flavor selections, but you can never go wrong with Taro milk tea with Lychee jelly. Hmm so good! I'm from Vegas and the price of boba here is about the same. I also tried the dragonfruit popping boba and it was yummy! read more

Great atmosphere, music was playing and added to the vibe, there were cute seating options, very cute "nerdy" drink options, including the Spirited Away and different Pokemon themed drinks. The store smelled SO sweet and inviting. read more
