Their communication through text was always prompt, friendly, and helpful. They answered all of my questions quickly, made scheduling easy, and were just as warm and welcoming in person. Abby was so sweet and made the numbing process comfortable and relaxing. Dayanara was also very gentle and helpful with doing a last minute dissolving. I bruise easy and she added in an extra product to reduced my bruising and I could see the difference-it helped so much! Amanda is amazing! She truly took her time with my lip filler, carefully working from side to side and checking every angle to make sure everything was balanced and customized to my natural lip shape and the look I wanted. I never felt rushed, and her attention to detail really shows in my results. I've also been to Dani for lashes and she is amazing and so warm and welcoming and Taylor helped me pick out the right skin care products for my skin type. The entire team was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about my experience. I couldn't be happier with my lips and highly recommend LouLou Med Spa!

I found Sara through Groupon almost a year ago, and have continued to go see her at least once a…read moremonth. She even created a skin care plan for me when I was preparing for my wedding last year. Sara is very knowledgeable about the product she uses and offers. This is the only place local I've found that offers Eminence, which is an organic product line. I'm hooked on it! It costs comparative to other luxury skin care products but I love that it's organic and natural. Sara is never pushy about purchasing product, but is more concerned about which would be best for you and your specific skin issues, and products that resolve multiple issues you might have. She's also very creative in using product for what's currently going on with your skin. I've had facials at other places before, and sometimes it seems they just follow a basic product regimen, or is limited. You can tell Sara really enjoys what she does and the products she provide because she get's creative with it! So why, if I love her service so much, wouldn't I give a 5 star? Really, it's a small reason, and it's mainly preference: Her office is a spa co-op space, meaning there are multiple service vendors in one building. There's NEVER a noise level or service issue, but it's just a little cramped for me. Once I get on the table and relaxed though, I don't want to leave! Her office is decorated very nice and simple, not kitschy or over-decorated. I'm sure that it helps keep the cost of her services down, so I'm totally okay with that!

My face looks so much better, from the first time that I went to see her, I can finally go out without foundation. It was really hard for me to go out I had acne, dark spots, redness I was picking on my face all the time. I thank her everytime that I look in the mirror . I RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE. My mother in law went to see her she loves it. And she has some products they are so good, just go and try it you will thank me later.

Did the sculpt pod for 4 secessions saw some results and I would have continued but after a bad…read moreexperience with how one of the staff spoke with me I don't plan on coming back... so long story short. I'm new to this and it was my third time there I accidentally reset the machine (and forgot there was a sign that stated how to get it back like a normal human I am being forgetful) and I panic not wanting to break the machine. I cracked open the door and said what I did and a woman from the back room came running stating she would handle it. (Mind you I am covered up I figured they would just tell me what I needed to do) she came into the room and said "absolutely under no circumstances am I to open the door with a man working in the front." I said sorry and I just didn't want to break the machine and she stated they don't want to be accused of anything. I then stated I wouldn't do that I was covered up and she then pointer to the sign and said it said what I needed to do and that she had a facial to do somewhere else but had to be here for my appointment because there was a man working there and there had to be female staff there as well so no one was accused of anything. (They have cameras they can replay if something were to happen so why does another staff have to be there too like I'm unconvincing you by being here for my appointment as well) I told her okay thank you and she then told me the door needs to remain locked and I said well it was up until I needed help. After I finished I went to the front she then tells me "I spoke with him and he said he already showed you what to do if that happened. I told her yes I just forgot because it's been weeks and I'm new at this so still getting familiar with it all. I understand their concern but assumptions and how you speak to someone and the fact she felt the need to reintegrate that he already showed me my first time there (weeks prior) just didn't sit well with me. And because of that I'll never go back nor do I care to even finish my secessions out because that's how uneasy I was about this all. I WOULD LIKE TO STATE HE HAS NEVER ONCE MADE ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE AND HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN PROFESSIONAL AND KIND and always greets me by my name when I come in. The issue is her not him.
