I wanted to have a family picture with particular shades to fill my living room. With Covid and toddlers we just kept pushing it off until Mini Artbox showed me her work. This is not just a photograph, it's art, and it's SO AFFORDABLE. It's less than what a photo session cost including the printed pictures and frame. Just ask and be surprised at the cost. We ordered a huge canvas and she worked with me over 2 days. I sent her over 10+ pictures at different times and dates and we worked together to choose the right pose and size and she hand blends, stencils, and paints it to life. ‍ She's taking commissions right now, and I hesitate to share, but it's SUCH a wonderful gift even when social distancing. Everytime I come to El Paso, I always end up swinging by to see what they have. This place is great for gifts for those of my loved ones who are from El Paso. On my most recent adventure, I had the chance to pick up some candles and linen spray. The names were super fun but the taglines really made me chuckle. Hope to see this shop exist for many more years. Everything is priced very well for the most part and the team here is always friendly. My weekends have been pretty much taken over by wedding planning, which means lots of trips to craft stores like Michael's and Joann, and I was happy to find a local shop. It's not just artificial flowers, they sell lots of crafts for weddings, quinceañeras, and homecomings. We found the perfect flowers at S & H, the store not as neatly organized as the big chain stores, but they have tons of stuff and pretty good prices. Also, I risked EVERYTHING to take that photo as there are multiple signs strictly prohibiting photos from being taken, so shhhhh!
