The delivery man was courteous. My friend who sent me the chocolates said "Chocolat" specified someone needed to answer the door; otherwise, they wouldn't leave the chocolates basket outside. The basket was perfect and beautiful. The assortment of chocolates was gourmet and unique. I enjoyed them all, but my favorites were the giant chocolate-dipped pretzels with different toppings and the rum cake. Chocolat's rum cake was the freshest most rum-rich rum cake I have ever had. I placed my order May 10th for a delivery for May 21st. I called multiple times to the number…read morelisted on the website, it's invalid. I emailed multiple times from May 21-23rd, no response. Note you're supposed to receive a call when they deliver, but they tried to sneak the delivery late on the 23rd which does me no good since our admin specialist's birthday passed. I told them I wouldn't be accepting the arrangement anymore and I need a refund. They told me they don't care, no refunds. I asked no refunds even though they failed to deliver on time with two weeks notice. Same response. I tried calling a new number given to me to which the owner answers and hangs up before saying anything. I'm disputing with my bank and reporting them. Don't fall for the scam. Also the flowers they tried to give me looked dead.
