To make matters worse, three other customers who arrived after me received their food before I did. The food tasted delicious, though! If it wasn't for the long and disorganized wait, this definitely would have been a 5-star review.

The knish was burnt indicating to me that they reheated it on the grill one too many times and the pastrami was more fat than meat. I didn't expect extra lean, but fatty - oh my God. I want to also add the 1 Star doesn't reflect how nice the folks are at Regal. Why am I leaving a 1 Star..... $10 for a pint container of Cole Slaw ... REALLY??? It's Cabbage and a little Carrot ... it's delicious but $10 ... you don't have shaved gold in it. Last time we bought it, it was $8 and I thought THAT was outrageous. So last nights Cole Slaw will be the last time for us. ShopRite Woodbury changed their Cole Slaw recipe recently and it went from Good to Really Good and it's $4.99lb and sometimes will go on sale. I will work on perfecting that sweet tang we enjoy since Cabbage is one of the least expensive items in produce.

I spoke with Christine in catering and she was very cordial, helpful and made some great suggestions that helped me put together a perfect menu for our party! They arrived exactly when we arranged delivery would be and Marty was the person sent to set up the food. They even supplied white tablecloths so our tables would stay clean! I can't say the food was as good as if you were ordering in a 5 star classy restaurant, but I'm still rating them 5 stars for many reasons! The food was really good, zero complaints from anyone and there was actually barely any left as many took second portions! Customer service is fantastic! Food selection is extensive and they accomodate you for any changes to how the food Is prepared! For example...I ordered a full tray of Penne A La Vodka, it's made with prosciutto but I asked for no prosciutto and there was no prosciutto! There is a String Bean dish made with Pearl Onions. I asked for String Beans Almondine and that's exactly what we received! Coliseum will make any party perfection! HR already told me we will be using them for future office parties, and that made me very happy, Valentines Day..... next!!

I placed an online order, but pickup is in the same line as people ordering sandwiches. My wrap was already sitting on the counter, yet I still had to wait while everyone's sandwiches were being made until I had to to awkwardly bypass to ask. That defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. The employee who helped me was also extremely rude, defensive, and came across as entitled. They keep online orders sitting on the counter without names or phone numbers attached. When she asked for my name, she said there was nothing under it, even though they had taken my name over the phone (why ask if everything's just in a pile then?). Instead of checking further, she gave me attitude because the order wasn't labeled, and even made a snarky comment as I was walking away. I don't know what warranted that.
