We love Dr. Kesty-- she is the only doctor that I trust with my face! All of the negative reviews are about price. People need to understand that this is NOT a MedSpa. I don't like MedSpas because most often, the person treating you is not a medical doctor. Alternatively, Dr. Kesty is a very highly accredited, highly specialized physician. She offers a luxury service. I would not recommend this place to someone who is just looking for the cheapest price on botox. Dr. Kesty has helped my mother and I achieve beautiful results on our face and body. The Doctors here are extremely knowledgeable and cutting edge in their use of laser, wrinkle relaxer, and filler. We've been to many different dermatologists for aesthetic treatments across the country and in our opinion, Dr. Kesty uses the most innovative techniques out of anyone we've ever worked with. Additionally, every one of their staff have been very professional and lovely. If you're looking for the cheapest price possible on botox, this might not be your place. But if you're looking for a board-certified, knowledgeable physician that you can trust, I only recommend St Pete Skin and Laser.

STAY AWAY! Deceptive booking process, sketchy paperwork, and awful service…read more Do not be fooled by their 4.6-star rating on Google. Check out their Yelp here instead, where real, unfiltered reviews give them a much more accurate 3.2-star rating. This place runs a really deceptive booking process: they force you to pay a $200 deposit over the phone before they ever show you their intake paperwork, terms of service, or the actual details of their non-refundable policy. Two business days before (just one day after I had made appointment) I received a text saying I was unconfirmed and if I didn't confirm by the end of the day I would have extra fees added. I confirmed and then had to ask them to confirm my confirmation so I wouldn't get extra fees. One business day before I was spammed with a text with a link to their photo reviews. THE SKETCHY PAPERWORK: Once they already had my money and I arrived for my appointment, they handed me an iPad and forced me to sign a highly invasive contract. It included a mandatory consent form for a genital exam--even though my appointment was strictly for a medical consultation about a vein on my chest. ZERO MEDICAL CARE & DISCRIMINATION: When I finally got to the exam room, I received absolutely no medical services, evaluations, or advice. The doctor, Dr. Kat Kesty, was incredibly cold and impersonal from the second she walked in, asking "Hi I'm Dr. Kesty what can I do for you today?" but making it completely obvious she couldn't be bothered with me. Instead of actually looking at my vein, she literally mocked me and made discriminatory comments about my colorblindness. The environment was so hostile that the consultation was completely cut short without anything being done. Then as I left my appointment I get another text from them about saving their number to receive digital billing statements. LIED ABOUT A REFUND: When I immediately complained about paying a fee for zero service, Dr. Kesty explicitly told me, "I will give you the $200 back," and told her staff member, Cheyenne, to refund my card and told me I would receive email confirmation. They lied. They completely went back on their word. I called to follow up three separate times. One staff member named Alexandra confirmed they wouldn't keep my money but claimed she didn't have authorization to fix it, while Cheyenne has been actively dodging my phone calls. They don't list an email address anywhere, and they completely ignore my online contact forms. I have already disputed the charge with my credit card company for "Services Not Received." I have also filed formal consumer and medical board complaints at the local, state, and federal levels regarding their predatory billing order, professional misconduct, and disability discrimination. Do yourself a huge favor and go literally ANYWHERE else!

The new patient forms were all online, which was SUPER convenient! I got email and text reminders about my appointment. I arrived shortly before my appointment time and was called back very quickly. The nurse had an iPad with all my info readily available & she came in the room having already read over my paperwork. I can't tell you how nice it is to not have to repeat yourself 10 different times. After I went over my concerns, the nurse went away for maybe 5 minutes and came back with the doctor. She took the time to listen to me. I never once felt rushed, in fact I felt like the only patient in the place. I ended up wanting to get Botox and instead of making me schedule an appointment for that, she took the extra time to do it right then and there! She went over all of the pros and cons & provided me with clear expectations. I really couldn't ask for more.

The last time I saw Dr.Arrington was Dec. 28th 2025 and they scheduled my next appt. In August but the day before my appointment the office called me and said they dont accept my new insurance which was Ultimate Healthcare, and I said I called the office the first part of January 2026 and the office said they do take Ultimate Health Insurance and I also looked at St.Petersburg Dermatology website the first of the year and it said they accept Ultimate Healthcare , but come a day before my appointment in Aug. Of 2026 the office calls me and says they dont accept Ultimate Healthcare and I said what do you mean I verified when I got the insurance that St.Petetsburg Dermatology accepts Ultimate Health Care and they said no were sorry and if you want to see Dr. ARRINGTON I WOULD HAVE TO PAY CASH , I told them well I hate to cancel the day before my appointment and I hate that Dr. Arrington won't be able to see anybody in that time slot and lose money but I feel the Insurance department dropped the ball . Now after seeing Dr. Arrington for 10 years I have to find another Dermatologist and I hate that . But I must say Dr. Arrington deserves 5 stars but the insurance department gets a half a star.

He saw me several times after that for other issues, including full body scans, and never mentioned the lesion again. A plastic surgeon whom I saw in August 2021 on an unrelated issue was alarmed when he saw the lesion and warned me to have it biopsied right away. Having lost faith in Dr. Golomb, I saw another dermatologist who did the biopsy and subsequently diagnosed me with a large basal cell tumor. He removed it using Mohs surgery and performed the associated reconstructive surgery. However, I will still have permanent scars due to Dr Golomb's failure to diagnose me in a timely fashion, allowing the tumor to grow large. He is obviously incompetent and should be barred from practicing. I would give him NEGATIVE stars if this rating system permitted it. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!
