Horrible customer service, I've dealt with the same exact people in a different location. The little guy, was on the phone and didn't even acknowledge anyone coming inside (that or he wasn't able to see past the counter go figure) so I went past the counter because staff was missing and some dude with thick plucked eyebrows was having a nap in the office space while the little guy was off to the side on the phone. We had gone to another jump park on south 10th last year and to our surprise it was the same two individuals working here! Sadly Andres had ignored our reservation and refused to give us a refund at the previous location. Even threatened us with calling the cops. Once we recognized them we decided since they ruined my daughter's birthday the previous year, it was best if we left and went somewhere else. We went to the previous location and it is now closed. No surprise at all. Andres is probably the reason the other one failed and this one is on track to the same demise. read more

My family and I went to helium park yesterday along with 2 other families that were partaking on our Friday plans. When I arrived I was assisted by a really rude employee that was working the front desk. This employee had zero customer service experience and was easy triggered by my family asking about an online promotion that she insisted was not valid. I genuinely asked her to contact her manager so that my friends and family can ask why online is showing misleading offers to the jumping park. When she contacted her manager "Jerry" by phone instead of her asking if the promotion was still available she confirmed to her manager the offer was not valid. I would have appreciated if she asked if she could honor the offer but instead she refused to acknowledge the offer and just persuaded her manager "Jerry" to decline the offer. I would have understood if she tried helping but she did not. I give praise to her and Jerry for working a part time job that probably does not care about them. When Jerry came to the front he started yelling to my family and I and our friends, who had already paid for their kids to jump. Due to this horrific customer service experience we sincerely just walked away. We will NOT be returning to the park or referring them to any of our friends. Kudos to Jerry for ruining our Friday night plans. read more

they said i was hired this Thursday (5/8/25) and told me to come in friday and 5-9 pm for training. at the end of the shift, he said to clock out and ill contact you tomorrow about the hours. at 3 PM i got TEXT stating they no longer want me and i dont fit the position. one day of training. then why even train me? then when he texted me and i was asking questions as to why i got let go but not my buddy (who applyed literally 45 min after me) and they blocked my number. we both quit this was a horrid job and the starting pay for what you do IS NOT worth your time. they arent clean either or sanitary. the guy used his MOUTH to open the slurpy concentrate container. thats so gross plus unsanitary. jerry whoever hired me should be fired as well read more

A female employee answered the phone Friday and gave me package prices for their Monday specials. When we called back since it says their specials are not valid for kids school breaks, their owner Frances was rude and didn't want to honor the prices that one of her employees gave out. Her bad attitude shouldn't be blamed on the customer reacting to her if she was already mad. As the "general manager" she needs to take proper professionalism courses and management courses. "Properly" train your employees and/or honor what your employees quote to customers. Seeing past reviews about their rude employees, makes sense since if it starts at the "top", that's the problem. Stay clear of this business. I put 1 start because I needed to put at least one, but it would be 0 stars. If at least 1 person sees this review and goes somewhere else, I've done my job. read more

Andres in the front check in is extremely rude and unprofessional. I would avoid this place at all costs. Seriously, this place has terrible customer service. it is extremely unorganized. if you want to wait in a long line (management allows people to cut in front of you even if they are not there for a party) and have management disrespect you, then come here. read more

I've been here twice for kids birthday parties with my sons. The staff is disorganized, the place is hot. Trampoline facilities are fine, but the party areas are cramped and confusing and overall not welcoming. Our host was really nice and the kids had a good time but the place is noisy, crowded and uninviting. read more
