I'm not sure if the organizer of our event pre-purchased the charcuterie snack boxes or if it was included? Wow! It was boxed individually and were so pretty and tasty! I wished I had taken a photo. The limo arrived on time and the driver was beyond wonderful. All the kids were excited and drove away with big smiles on their faces. They arrived to their event on time, enjoyed their night and had a nice drive downtown. The night was perfect. However, it didn't end the way we wanted. Unfortunately, the car was struck by a drunk driver. Everyone walked away okay. The driver handled herself very well. Monica called the following morning to check-up on all of the kiddos, and apologized for the incident. We can prepare for as much as we can but we can't account for everything. Monica offered a bit of a refund due to the circumstance, and even took care of her driver. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service we were provided and would definitely recommend this amazing company. A company who cares about everyone's well-being and satisfaction with service. Thank you Monica for making us feel like more than just a ticket number.

Our third rental was an unregistered vehicle that had not been inspected in three years and had endless issues that plagued our entire vacation and added days of driving around the desert in 100+ temps WITHOUT AC to find parts and/or a mechanic. Our first two rentals (2001 and 2017) had zero issues, so the lack of customer service wasn't evident until we had dangerous problems on our 2024 trip... and then they left us on our own, with a piece of garbage RV falling apart around us in the sweltering summer heat... three women, a 4 year old child, and a very hot dog . Literally, the manager (David) left for the day without calling us back, knowing our predicament, after being repeatedly asked to call us back over several hours. Thanks, David In addition to the AC not working, no cruise control, and the truck engine overheating, plus the rental car and hotels during the worst of the mechanical problems, we also discovered that the microwave didn't work, so ALL the food we had prepped in advance to "heat and eat" was a waste of time and money. I briefly considered burning the RV in the desertand flying home, but I look awful in orange. This is not a real threat, just a very real example of how frustrating the entire ordeal was. We eventually fixed the issues (over and over) and ADV offered ONE day free, but we had to rearrange our whole trip at the height of travel season to accommodate the issues with our existing reservations, so we wound up needing additional fee extra days to get home, but the 4th of July closure made it so we couldn't return it until SATURDAY. Guess who had to pay for those days we didn't need? We did. We were supposed to be home on the 29th, finally got home on the 3rd, and had to pay in advance through the 5th because of their mechanical problems. When we brought it back, we received ZERO APOLOGY for our hardship and were NOT allowed to speak to the manager we repeatedly asked for... who was standing right out front and totally ignored us when we drove up in that rolling safety hazard, and again ignored our request to speak to him, brought by a customer service rep. When we walked up to him outside he was rude and blamed his sales reps for not dealing with the situation. Eew, David. Our family trip to see multiple national parks was turned into a nightmare from day one thanks to this irresponsible business. We will NEVER use them again. Photos of the BROKEN ladder we had to climb daily to fix the AC, because the AC motor mount would come unscrewed every time you used it and sounded like rocks tumbling in a dryer. We originally paid $5,234.20 for two weeks and had to pay $1,061.70 for the extension, for a total of $6,295.90 plus another $865.29 in hotels, rental car and über to try to resolve all the problems. That doesn't count plumbing parts, tools we had to buy, or extra gas driving to different cities looking for a mechanic. Ten days after we returned the RV, the ONLY response has been a $347.69 refund, which comes nowhere near to covering the extra hotel and rental expenses we incurred and submitted for reimbursement, let alone the extra days we had to reserve. No phone call, mail or email to apologize for anything or communicate any resolution. We will now be seeking legal counsel due to the major safety issues we were left to deal with on our "vacation" in one of their unregistered rental units. So I a mixed emotions on the review so giving the service 4 stars which is a combination of the…read more5-stars I would give one driver for a return trip and 2-stars I would give another drive for my initial trip. We recently requested service for a to and from trip to the airport. I reviewed the online site and the large escalade vehicles show hold 6 adults and luggage. We were leaving on a long trip and only took one bag per person so I would expect if the vehicle to hold us and our luggage and made sure I put in the notes about the number of five passengers and 5 pieces of luggage. The trip to the airport was more than uncomfortable to say the least and when the driver arrived he mentioned that he did not think we and our luggage would fit and offered no fixes or options. The luggage had to be piled to fit so that two of our passengers were crushed in a seat almost together. Then the driver got three separate calls on the trip, answering one of the calls on speaker with us in the vehicle talking to a client about finishing us up quickly so he can pick up another fair earlier than scheduled. Then he proceeded to do over 80 mph on 410 in bumper to bumper traffic to get us to the airport. When we arrived, I would usually provide extra trip over the standard 20% gratuity I had already been charged on my credit card, but did not feel the driver warranted the extra. He made sure to let me know that he was not happy about not getting extra cash and when I mentioned that 20% was already provided on my credit card charge, he informed me that "I will never see a dime of that". However, our pickup driver (thank you Javier!) was fantastic. Arrived punctually to pick us up, was very communicative about getting us with the least amount of walking. He helped with luggage and in/out of vehicle. He drove well and within the speed limits, he was conversational and very personable and did a great job. Would ask for him again and again. So you can understand my mixed emotions with this review and trying to be objective to allow Javier to redeem this rating. Thank you Javier. 12/28 Follow-up: Wow. Sure wasn't expecting anything from my review, but true to his word, Michael reached out, apologized for our trip, and refunded the fee. Thank you Michael and will be using again. Appreciate it.

The owner Jon was really helpful. By the time we were done our youngest daughter was having so much fun we had to pry her off the board. I think what I liked best is we didn't feel like customers. Jon made us all feel like friends. We talked about it the whole way home. We are already making plans to go back. Put this on your bucket list.
