She was absolutely amazing! I did the deep tissue with the hot stones and my body felt rejuvenated after. Norma was very informative and explained to me the different steps of the massage (for example, she told me how stress had caused fluid to buildup underneath my arms, which I didn't even know!). She massaged areas that I didn't even know were tense and was very respectful when massaging my thigh area. As I was paying at the end of the appointment, Norma asked me how I felt and I told her I was good but there was just a little bit of pain in my upper back area but that it was ok and instead of being satisfied with my answer, Norma helped stretch me out until I was pain free. I paid for one hour and it ended up actually being an hour and 15 minutes because Norma went above and beyond for me. I truly recommend her and this spa. I paid $280 and they didn't give me a receipt, when I called them requesting the receipt via email, they stated that they can not send it via email, but via text, few minutes later I got a hand written receipt without logo or anything with the company name on it and after they hear me upset they retrieved the fake receipt from the text message they original sent me. I called them back and asked to speak to the doctor, they placed me on hold for a long time until the call was disconnected, I call back and they placed me on hold again, and a while after waiting, a girl answer the phone pretending that she was the doctor, I asked her questions and she ended up saying that she wasn't a doctor but the owner and nurse practitioner, she was rude, unprofessional and didn't care about what they inject on my body. I will take this to the police!
