I…read moreinformed her of my recent knee replacement surgery and that I could not yet let it hang off the table and that it was also very tender to touch. She was unnecessarily aggressive with her dermatoscope, basically slapping it against my skin, including my knee. When I pulled away and reminded her of my recent surgery (which was very obvious from the giant scar), she just continued in the same manner. When I left, my husband asked why I was covered in red marks; it was from the dermatoscope. More egregious than this, is that she entered the room with a young male intern, and what I didn't realize was also a young male intern on an ipad. I told her that I was uncomfortable with him viewing my full body exam, but fine with him listening, so could she please pull the curtain. At the end of the exam she asked the intern if he had any questions. The one in the room said no. Then I heard a male voice on the ipad, which was in plain view of me during the entire exam, ask a question. I felt incredibly violated that she knew I didn't want to be viewed, and didn't move the ipad behind the curtain as well. I was too shocked at the time to say anything, but when I called the office to report this and ask for my medical records to be sent elsewhere, there wasn't much of a reaction or show of concern. I do feel it's important for future potential patients to be aware of this situation.

He would explain everything in detail and he would even go over my tests with me and explain the results. I like how there's an in house lab here so you can get your blood work done there.
