My friend and I arrived and were excited- but the salon is dark and immediately we were separated into chairs were we could not see each other or talk. No offer of magazines- I don't believe there was music either. The stylists were very polite and very responsive via email in the scheduling. But again typically pay $40 - $50 for a blow out and it's worth it - the cost of a blow out at this salon does not mirror the experience or service you should receive.

There was no one at reception to check in so I stood in the foyer for a minute or so. One technician ( giving a pedicure) saw me but did not greet me. I decided to step into the restroom and when I came back into the foyer- still no acknowledgment that a new client had arrived. I finally addressed the young lady giving the pedi to ask " is there someone I should check in with?" 2 more staff members came out of the office into the foyer- still no greeting or even eye contact. ( Way to make someone feel welcome...not) The young lady giving the facial was ok. I tried to ask " what are you applying now?" a few times but got very short responses. Lastly- paid for 80 minute treatment but only got 70 minutes... if this was the only issue I would not gave said anything, but when combined with the rest of the average customer service, I was disappointed overall.

My masseuse really got in there and pressed and pulled on the knots. I did feel like she was a bit spastic on my legs and feet, but did great in my back and shoulders. Pricing was a bit confusing afterwards, so I would be sure to nail that down beforehand. I went with it when they charged me, but it seems like we were charged for a small add on each that I was a bit confused about after. It's all good, just be sure to nail it down ahead of time. I want to follow up and say that Kristian followed up directly with me, as well as the response on Yelp, and helped me make sure I understood the pricing, and even offered to refund the deep massage add on charges (not necessary!). It's amazing to have such a great entrepreneur follow up directly and show the care for their customers as Kristian did!
