I worked with Steve in the past and he always performed excellent work at a very FAIR price. Todd has since bought the company from Steve several years ago. I was unaware of this. I called to have my pad replaced. Todd arrived and fiddled with it for a few minutes and then told me he doesn't have any pads but would need to order me one. My garage door and springs did not squeak but he wanted to oil them anyway. I had no other problems other than needing my pad replaced. My belt was fine but he said he wanted to tighten it. Todd found work to try to justify his time of coming out without a pad for replacement. He was here 20 minutes and charged me $125. He said he'd call me when a pad comes in and he would have to come back out for another service appointment. North Country Garage Door has lost a customer.
