Extremely disappointed with the repair experience at Crash Champions Stafford. I was notified that…read moremy vehicle was ready for pickup, but when I arrived the repairs were clearly incomplete and not up to acceptable standards. The front bumper was visibly misaligned, the front right fender was misaligned, a screw/fastener was missing under the hood, and the headlights were improperly aligned with the bumper. The front right headlight is also physically damaged/broken in the corner and still has not been replaced. To make matters worse, the newly replaced front bumper itself is cracked/defective, which is completely unacceptable for a vehicle that was supposedly ready for delivery. When I pointed these issues out, I was told that 'sometimes new parts come with defects.' That is not an acceptable response. Defective parts should be replaced before a customer is asked to pick up their vehicle. I refused delivery of the vehicle because it was not restored to pre-accident condition. There were also delays and poor communication regarding the repair timeline and paperwork, and I even received an automated email incorrectly stating that I had already picked up my vehicle when the shop still has possession of it. I expect Crash Champions to fully correct all alignment issues, replace the cracked bumper and damaged front right headlight, reinstall all missing hardware properly, and complete the repairs to professional standards before considering this repair complete.
