Not only are all insurance producers at this agency professional and detail oriented, the agent is the most involved I've ever known an agent to be and I've been with at least 4 before finding THE ONE. As long as I'm in Illinois, I'll be with this agent. Job well done to Trujano agency for treating your clients like family. For kindness over the phone, for accuracy with information and process, for follow up calls, and most importantly for having an agent that actually calls back clients and answers phone calls. About a year ago I purchased my first (new) vehicle and immediately started my search for the BEST insurance company. I researched online, received some "word of mouth" recommendations, called a few places...until....I was recommended to Robert by my sister! Upon first contact, his secretary was the most helpful in answering all my questions and suggested I come in and talk to Robert myself...I admit, I HAD A MILLION questions, I wanted to make sure I was going with the best company, cant blame me right? I was pleased to find out Robert had and evening available to meet with me in between my hectic work schedule! He was so patient and he answered all of my questions & concerns. I never had that feeling like he was just trying to sell me something... (If that makes any sense?) I never felt rushed, I brought my sister in with me and we chatted about about coverage, prices, discounts and then some! Robert Sweiss is your "go-to" man for insurance, he tells it like it is and you wont be "surprised" with any mysterious charges. I have been insured with Country for about a year now and Mr. Sweiss is always there to answer my questions, you cant beat that type of service! I tell all my family and friends about Robert, so don't think about it too much and come in for a quote!
