This park is tucked away off the 101 "but" it's also got a bar across the street from it so there was the thumping base all hours of the day and night. Def appreciated it more without the thumping you could actually hear the ocean at high tide. It's a beautiful park, gravel pads, full hook ups, several pull throughs but also very wide back ins too. I had space 47 it was beautiful and wide enough to park my truck on the side of my trailer. Park staff friendly and keep it buttoned up. Bathrooms have only two showers but there was never a time when both were taken, not a lot of privacy tho which is why I shaved off a star (that and the noisy cars) as the only thing covering u from others is a small plastic shower curtain. Washer/dryers are double what other parks charge $3.00/a load and they have only two of each. I would recommend it's a great place to stay. They offer military discount.

This was our favorite RV park on our three week coastal journey. We reserved one night and ended up staying three. The sites are peaceful, well-kept and have fire rings. The restrooms are clean with nice hot showers. The beach and a fun little pub are just a short walk away. We especially liked the staff. Mike and the other staff we encountered were welcoming, super helpful and just nice people. And... a shipwrecked skeleton. How did they know??? We will definitely be back!

Looking west toward the beach from the park, the office and main driveway.

This park is the kind of park you dream about going to when you first get your rig. Super private sites, but an open and communal feel overall in the park. The park is meticulously maintained and all the plant life and trees make it feel lush and clean. You can hear the waves all day and night long from the park and it is only a five or ten minute walk to the beach depending on your pace. Allen, the manager of the park, is very funny, friendly and helpful. I have seen him go above and beyond to try and make sure groups coming in have a good time. All of the staff I met during my stay were awesome. The owners, Mike and Kay Lynn, have a motto: Happy Campers! They are trying to create an atmosphere of beachy campground good vibes around here and I would say it is working. We love this place and plan to come back. Florence is beautiful and the people are very nice. All different walks of life here, getting along, as it should be! Highly recommend!!

We stayed here for 21 days in a 31 ft. 5th wheel and truck in site 27. This park is really beautiful. When you pull in the sign says quiet and peaceful, they were not kidding. Bathrooms are very clean and even though they only have 2 showers for women and 2 for men for the whole park, I never waited once to get a shower. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The Mini Mart on site was stocked with lots of great items. Since the park is all dirt and gravel, there is a lot of dust with people driving pretty fast through the park at times, but overall it wasn't that bad. The beach is a block away and you can hear the ocean at all times. This truly is a great park to stay in and we can't wait to come back and spend more time here.

Great RV Park & awesome people. We spent a week here and found it to be quite super relaxing. The staff was knowledgeable & very accommodating ... even moved up to a different space upon request. The spaces are large and offer lots of power, sewer, water and internet. Each spot has a fire pit and picnic table. I highly recommend it next time we're in the Florence area

They have a few row of permanents but also spaces for people with reservations and possibly a few reserved for those without. You could not ask for a better staff of Amy and her daughter Sandy! They do an excellent job! They are very kind, sincere, accommodating, helpful and really go the extra mile to help you. The maintenance crew does a wonderful job keeping everything cleaned, tidied and trimmed. They have a sign up sheet for laundry so you have 3 washers & dryers at your disposal. There is a 2 hour time slot for yourself to get clothes done. I would highly recommend this wonderful RV Park. We stored our RV in front of the RV park for many years so it was wonderful to hook up and drive around the corner into the park. We have stayed there many years until we sold our RV last year.

We moved to Pacific Pines RV Park to continue camping until our house is finished being built. Immediately the ladies in management began to nitpick and gripe at us for things we had not done. In the first few days my wife was doing laundry and was aggressively approached by the manager stating that she had to be a camper there to use the machines. My wife told her that we had just moved in. She then began to tell her that she had to sign the sign up sheet. Again, my wife informed her that we did. These type of little nitpicky things continue to happen. We in our six weeks there received multiple two page, poorly written, letters to all the residence stating all the infractions everyone in the park was doing. Like walking their dogs in the wrong place, allowing their children to ride bikes and scooters incorrectly, improperly using the washers and dryers in the laundry room, putting trash in the wrong dumpster when both dumpster are for trash, or speeding too fast in the park. With each letter threats were made to kick people out of the park or to shut down facilities like bathrooms and showers or laundry room or all together the rec room. Management would follow you around as you drove through or walk through the park and would look for ways to correct or reprimand you. The final straw was being accused of speeding when I was looking at my speedometer and was below the stated speed. Which is 5 mph. When I informed them I wasn't, she began yelling and holding out all five fingers. These women in management there are narcissistic authoritarians. You cannot argue with them, because if they say it - it must be true. Otherwise they place you on probation and threaten to kick you out. You cannot argue with someone like that all you can do is report them to the owner or leave. We paid for our second month but we left 10 days early. We let go of our money and moved out for peace of mind. Management there will not allow you to relax or enjoy your stay because it's more about the rules. Finally, as we were leaving they were griping at the men in the park for using too much toilet paper in the bathroom, so their solution was to be passively aggressive and put an out of order sign on the men's restroom door. They have also removed all the picnic tables from each campsite due to people not using them the way they think they should. DO NOT STAY HERE, other campgrounds in town are much better.

We were parked in the Fred Meyer parking lot when an employee came out and told us that the police would come tell us to move soon. After calling various inns and RV parks around town, we eventually just decided to try this place since we felt like we were out of options. The Camp Host Gavin met its outside around midnight and was not only very helpful but also extremely kind. He got us set up in a spot and we quickly went to sleep. The next morning, we met some of the staff and fellow campers who were equally as friendly. We even had a few people offer to help us dump our RV for the first time. It was generally a great environment and I wish we had spent more time there. There are a few RV spots right on the water that are probably the most sought after but this place is located right in town on the river. I highly recommend staying her

The owner meet us in bare feet, shorts, dirty and greasy hair and carrying a parrot with no tail feathers (signs said no pets). He told me to duck entering the so-called "lobby" with 5'10" door, 6'+ ceiling. Built in the 1920s, the rooms have patched holes in plywood walls and peeling guest room door, bird droppings on the windows and screens, grease covered 1950s stove, spider webs everywhere, bathroom sink hot water tap had not worked for a very long time and lights either didn't work or the metal chain pull was broken. A 1960s broken table lamp was laying in the corner on the floor and the pillows were so old they were flat and covered in plastic to "keep them clean." The room had a musty or moldy odor. The back door opened to a many years old construction area dirt bank, including a shovel from a loader, broken concrete and old used pipe. Two locked outdoor restrooms appeared to have been locked for years. Not a safe place for kids. A sign said "no maid service." Wifi was intermittent. Don't be fooled by the nice website. On the plus side it was quiet (no one there) and the view of the lake was excellent. The sheets were clean, but old. Lake access was good, but picnic tables were rotted. The owners seem to have no desire to maintain a potential gold mine location.
