They have a few row of permanents but also spaces for people with reservations and possibly a few reserved for those without. You could not ask for a better staff of Amy and her daughter Sandy! They do an excellent job! They are very kind, sincere, accommodating, helpful and really go the extra mile to help you. The maintenance crew does a wonderful job keeping everything cleaned, tidied and trimmed. They have a sign up sheet for laundry so you have 3 washers & dryers at your disposal. There is a 2 hour time slot for yourself to get clothes done. I would highly recommend this wonderful RV Park. We stored our RV in front of the RV park for many years so it was wonderful to hook up and drive around the corner into the park. We have stayed there many years until we sold our RV last year.

I don't recommend staying at their campground on 100 Harbor St. or renting an RV space at The Port Of Siuslaw Cushman. I've lived here for 2 1/2 years a year and a half under ownership of The Port Of Siuslaw and it's been an ongoing battle just to get them to follow landlord tenant laws. And they have no problem, violating your right to privacy or allowing other people to violate your right to privacy. A relative of the port manager who lives in the park, Port Of Siuslaw Cushman is being allowed to illegally survey me with electronic cameras posted at a different neighbors. Space and the Port manager has access to the view for this camera and is doing nothing about the illegal activity against me. this violates ORS 163.700 and ORS 163.701 because of ORS 163A.005. Also ORS 165.540. They are using this person and their cameras to try and find a way to evict me instead of following the landlord tenant laws. They shut down our laundry room almost a year ago. They shut down the women's bathroom for five straight days without providing alternative means to use the facility. Let's just say it's a terrible place to live and a terrible place to visit. And has refused to accommodate reasonable accommodations for a medical condition.

No response. We called. Their phone number does not work. We were counting on checking in at the office, as had been described. It's CLOSED. We spent a half hour certain that we had been scammed, until we awkwardly had to knock on doors of other, non-affiliated neighbors, found one who mentioned they might be in one of the cabins... Had to knock on some more doors, when we found them they knocked right back (weird) and then acted very annoyed that we needed so much as a door code. Half hour past checkin. i do not recommend this place at all, while the lakefront is pretty the rest of it is absolutely not. Broken doors, poor decor, which I would have been fine with, but it was very overpriced for what you get especially after a very stressful and unpleasant beginning to our stay. Be careful if you stay here, you'll get an email saying "Your door code is ." You need to figure out a way to get in touch before your journey - if you do decide to go, know that their phones don't work and they don't respond to emails; for now I guess they are staying in cabin 9. Also note that their docks are decrepit and dangerous. This is no "RESORT." Bring your own toilet paper too. We were provided with less than half a roll for a couple of days but the experience with the hosts was so unpleasant that instead of asking, we preferred to just go out and buy our own.

The place had been pretty neglected for many years before the new owners bought the place. I get that it takes a lot of money to rehab a gem like this place was when owners took pride in it. The new owners are doing a lot of work on the cabins as I saw when me and my two friends arrived. I think this place will be really nice when the construction is done. The boat we rented was pretty rough looking. An aluminum hull boat which can seat 4 adults. Old outboard motor that ran like a champ all day but nothing beats having a steering wheel, push button or turn key to start/kill the motor. We couldn't pull the string on the motor to start (we're not as young as we used to be) which meant we had to keep the motor running all afternoon. We will definitely return in the hopes that with more business their boat rental situation will also improve. We had a great time motoring around what is a very nice large lake. The weather was spectacular with not too high winds and lots of sunshine. Brandon (husband/owner) is a really nice guy and appreciated that he came out after a few hours to check on us to make sure we weren't stuck somewhere. He's a born & raised Oregonian and knows a lot about the environment and loves sharing what he knows with others.

We took a nice little swim in the lake which was the perfect temperature. The gentleman who owns this place is friendly and professional, i felt welcome and at ease while interacting with him. I met a dog and a cat. The cat was perfect in every way- mysterious yet friendly, unafraid and unconcerned. The dog was a VERY good dog who accompanied us to the lake and hung out on the shore and guarded our shoes. This dog demonstrated extraordinary restraint by not stealing our shoes EVEN THOUGH both my partner and i threw our shoes onto the shore. Any dog would be extraordinarily tempted to play fetch with those shoes and yet this dog did not. Extraordinary. Also, the view from our room was magnificent. If you are fortunate enough to be looking for a lake view retreat, you should probably stay here. I will definitely be coming back and I will be staying for much longer
