This practice houses a very patient and accommodating staff. My children have, at times, required extensive work and I am continually blown away at the kindness and attentiveness shown them at their appointments. It is apparent that Dr. Tuft genuinely cares for the littles he helps, treating them gently and asking of their well being. He is incredibly kind, my kids are not afraid of him in the least. HORRIBLE experience! Dr Tuft is a great, friendly, gentle pediatric dentist, but his staff is the worst! Horrible customer service, bad attitude, not friendly, and obviously do not have knowledge of how to schedule patients. This was our 3rd visit and all 3 times we had to wait over an hour and 30mins to be seen. I truly understand when families have multiple kids to be seen, but do not schedule in a 30 minute window and expect all kids to seen within that 30 minutes. Never going back read more

I'd love to give this place 0 stars. It took us three weeks to get our daughter an appointment here. We never even saw the doctor. Our appointment was supposed to be at 11:00, but we waited until 11:30 before asking how much longer it would be. Well, apparently they schedule multiple families for the same time and I was told it would be another 40 minutes! Like people don't have anything better to do than wait over an hour past their appointment time... Get new office staff. read more

Dr. Tuft and his staff are amazing. His office is very kid friendly and clean. It's also nicely decorated. There are Legos and books in the waiting room along with a fish tank. The exam rooms are different from most dentists' offices in the way that they have a sliding door that can be closed if your child would rather not have an audience for their dental exam or procedure. My kids and I aren't fans of the wide open room dental experience. Dr. Tuft is so nice and caring. He's very gentle. His assistants are the same. His office only uses white fillings, no mercury amalgam. He also offers stainless steel crowns or white crowns. His office accepts many different insurance plans, even Medicaid. You might have to wait a little while in the waiting room before seeing Dr. Tuft but the wait is worth it for the level of professionalism and care your child receives. Dr. Tuft is hands down the best pediatric dentist around. My family is so fortunate to have found him. read more
