I found this on my first try with Dr. Francis Capobianco! Dr. Capobianco called me himself when I called to inquiry about my first appointment. He scheduled a first appointment that allowed ample time to discuss my history and medications. Dr. Capobianco listened to me very well, thoughtfully reviewed my history and medications and TALKED AND LISTENED TO ME! He also noted that several of the medications I was taking were actually counteractive to each other and had me stop taking them while at the same time adjusting a current medication that worked well. Also, Dr. Capobianco suggest some non-medical options for a few issues that have helped tremendously. I honestly feel like a new person! Gone is my concern for the amount of medications I was taking and I no longer feel in a fog. I feel really good in just the right way. I am very lucky to have found Dr. Capobianco when I arrived in Rocklin and I plan to see him into the future. Thanks Dr. Capobianco!

You can tell she truly cares about her patients because she spends so much time with you. I never feel rushed. We only took my child here because he was the only one at the time who took his insurance. He had food delivered during the apt, took calls, and was going through stacks of boxes and paperwork half the time.

He is always available by telephone, and I've never had to wait longer than fifteen minutes for a call back. He genuinely cares about his patients, and if you can get an appointment with him (he's only available on Monday, unfortunately), you are doing the right thing. I have been a patient here for a few months and have had nothing but good experiences. In fact, just recently, I ran into a billing issue and admittedly I was not optimistic that it would work out in my favor due to prior reviews. It does go to show you that everyone needs to judge for themselves. I do not doubt for a second that some of the reviewers did indeed have negative experiences here, but I can only speak for myself. For me, basically, I was booked due to miscommunication several times. I had a wednesday appt and a Friday appt by mistake. I was able to cancel the Wed. appt the day of without charge no problem. The lady I spoke with was also very professional and helpful. About 2 weeks later, I had been charged twice for two no-show appointments (apparently, they thought that I wanted my Friday appointments to be continuous), and admittedly I could have done a better job conveying this. I opened my credit card statement to two 214 dollar no-show charges. Based on what I had heard, I figured that it was a done deal. After calling and speaking/emailing management, I got a call back and had it all taken care of. No charge, just a 20 dollar hold to be used the next time I come to my next appointment. It was that simple. I do not know if this is a new office staff or what OR if people really are not telling the whole side of the story, but I have never had any issue with them being flexible. Like I said, I can't speak for anyone but myself, but I have had nothing but grade A customer service and do recommend that you give them a chance. They do indeed have a 72 hour cancellation policy, but its well documented right up front. I will absolutely continue my treatment at this facility. I could not be happier with the way I have been treated thus far.

I told him what my job was telling me was acceptable, how I needed some extra breaks in between being screamed at by customers and that since I was grieving and had a new family crisis and death I needed some more time off work in addition to postpartum depression and anxiety. He got upset with me when I missed an appointment. His adhd, sleep deprived patient who was already fighting for her life missed an appointment and he immediately defaulted to being frustrated with me the next time I saw him. And then he told me "I will tell your job that you need these extra breaks and that once a month you need to call out for a mental health day no problem" SO I DID JUST THAT. I called out and I waited on the accommodations to come through my companies leave and accommodations department. But that never happened. Instead I get a phone call WEEKS later from Dr. Cheema. Where he apologizes for LYING TO ME and says he will only agree to the breaks. Getting me in trouble with my job for no good reason. I've had 5 deaths in the past few years on top of 2 births that both came with postpartum issues. He knew I was struggling and gaining an excessive amount of weight. My heart rate was an issue, and I was being monitored with the meds he prescribed. On top of this he had the audacity to call me out for missing an appointment ? When I would be waiting 30-45 minutes PAST my appointment time on a regular basis with no penalty or monetary benefit from him.... He wants to require payment if I miss it if I'm late but what about when HE IS LATE... nothing. After he admitted lying to me and he left me hanging high and dry in the middle of a crisis I sought help elsewhere. I found someone else who knew exactly what I needed and had no problem telling my job that I needed breaks and a day off from the abuse that came with the job. AND HERE WE ARE YEARS LATER... his wife Karen continues to call me asking me for money. "I'm not sure why you're not answering my calls" uhhh... maybe because your husband is a liar and predatory on people who truly need help? Let's chalk the money I "owe" you on services NOT RENDERED. Take the money I "owe" you as opportunity cost, y'all wasted my time numerous times. Read the other reviews on YELP. You're unorganized and I'm not paying another cent. Take my non payment as my late fee for all the times you made me sit in the waiting room WAY past when my appointment was. Respect is mutual and it's clear we both have none of that for each other. Time to move on. Don't call me again. I could have written this review years ago and should have. Your passive aggressive voicemail asking why I don't answer your calls just did it for me today. That's enough. Why didn't you answer my calls when I needed actual help? on top of that I owe what? $80 in late fees. Gtfoh. Leave me alone. "Sorry I lied to you" all I wanted was time to myself to recover. He told me I could have that and then backtracked trying to say because he didn't see me those days I called out that he couldn't cover them... huh??? This man saw me once a month and KNEW WHAT I WAS GOING THROUGH. He TOLD ME he would get it covered and then LATER he told me "nvm" LEAVE ME ALONE.
