Five stars is not really enough to get across how happy we are with his work. Earlier this summer, we found ourselves in a position no one wants to be in: dealing with an unexpected family loss. Compounding this situation was the fact that it occurred in a city that was not our own. Moving forward from this experience was going to be hard enough, but it also came with some pretty substantial home repair/renovation projects that needed to be done ASAP. Doing so in a town that is not our residence, and with contractors with whom we were not familiar, made it even more challenging. Through Yelp, we took a chance on finding a contractor to do a test run with a small but time-sensitive project, and Joshua came through with a really great bid and personal touch. His communication was exceptional, and his personality stood out in both in our online communication and again when we met in person. Most importantly, the care and commitment he brought to even this small project, plus the humanity and empathy he showed us during a really difficult time, made all the difference. We relayed to him the scope of the home repairs needed going forward, and asked if they were within his comfort zone. When he responded positively, we told him he was our go-to guy for every project needed on that house, and that we trusted him implicitly to do the work independently. He didn't let us down. He sent photos of his progress and gave us honest appraisals of what could be done, and what prices would be for labor and materials. He worked on a tight timeline and got the work done on time and on budget. Moreover, the quality of the work that he did approaches the level of artisan, not just contractor, to the point where I'd employ him for our own home projects if it was at all possible (it's not, sadly). I don't know what else I can say to relay our impressions of Joshua. He's the best contractor I've ever worked with, and I wish him nothing but success in the future. If you get a chance to work with him on a home project, consider yourself fortunate.

You will not be disappointed you chose them to take care of your project/home and we cannot wait for our next chance to get to work with them. Sergio, Jason, and all the guys were great and we are so so happy with how everything turned out. We were in need of some masonry work at our home and had the hardest time finding someone we could trust to do the work. We were ghosted several times, and the other bids we did get were clearly halfhearted and absurdly priced. We called Rock Founded Okc and talked to Sergio the same day. Within a few days his brother came out to measure our house and discuss the project with us - and a few days later they had gotten a detailed bid back to us and gave us flexibility on when we wanted to start. They started the next week and showed up early in the morning. They were very careful around our new windows and made sure to protect the house during demo. They quickly removed our old damaged brick and were ready to lay the new brick the next day. A few days later and we are left with a beautiful home again and they did an amazing job! They were great every day they were here and always communicated any changes/obstacles etc that came up during the job. The work is amazing and speaks for itself but they went the extra mile and spent the time to clean up thoroughly and we did not have to do a single thing to clean up after they had left. For anyone thinking of doing any brick/stone/concrete work on their new build or their existing home like we did - we cannot recommend Sergio/Jason and all the guys enough. I have told them repeatedly to stop contacting me, to no avail. I'm finally giving them this negative review and am filing a complaint against them. I hate being hounded by ANY and ALL salespeople. Kennedy Roofing would be the LAST company I would ever use simply because of their relentless harassment.

But I had major plumbing work (reroute) done and not long after the faucet at the master bathroom vanity put out hot water when turning on the cold tap. I had Danny (owner) come out and replace a 2-way valve with a 3-way in the guest shower. At that time I asked why the hot water took so long to get hot in that shower and he stated it had to do with the interchanger or something to that effect. I am NOT a plumber. Now, it takes a good while for the cold water to get cold in both bathrooms and now at the kitchen sink. I contacted Danny on 052926 and advised about the hot water issue and he stated it was not right, that he would be out that following Monday, 060126. Didn't happen. Have called, with no answer. Left vm with no response. Texted with no response and asked a mutual friend to give him a shout. Still no response. The reroute cost me thousands. This is NOT professional. Shouldn't have to hire another plumber to get this addressed & fixed. Serously considering filing a formal complaint with the authorities.
