Berkeley arrived early with a giant smoker in tow, and proceeded to prepare an amazing barbeque, served buffet style by his professional staff. On Berkeley's recommendation, our entrees included juicy lemon pepper chicken breast, sliced for ease of serving, thick pieces of high quality, smoked salmon, and the most flavorful rosemary tri-tip packed in a dry rub Berkeley credits to his father.
