A few weeks back, i was…read moreovercharged $3.00 on my purchase. i went back in and asked for my receipt, and i showed the cashier her mistake. instead of just giving me my $3, i had to call corporate and wait weeks for a whopping $10 gift card, which forces me to spend my money with them. That's a stupid policy. Today i tried to spend my money that they are forcing me to spend there, and the gift card doesn't work! How greedy! How stupid! i was a daily customer! it was clearly their mistake. if you shop there, bring a calculator and double check the total, because if they overcharge you, you'll never see that money. They dont trust their own cashiers to handle a $3 mistake. why on earth should we trust their employees if they dont? This place would benefit from new, less greed focused management. if it were my business, i would have apologized and comped the customer's whole purchase instead of losing a daily customer. You're not the only convenience store in town, after all.

Although I have heard from at least two people who say that they have witnessed the kitchen inside their restaurant here in South Williamson, Ky being very unclean and that the employees who take care of baking the pizzas aren't being clean themselves. Although these two people who complained about the cleanliness in their kitchen are the two people I very much trust with all my life, I have yet to ever witness their kitchen being unclean myself, therefore, I am still their one of a long-time customer and will not stop being their customer. At least until I do witness their kitchen being unclean, or have very strong evidence that their kitchen is indeed dirty and I can confirm it myself then I would no longer be their customer. If that does happen, I will make sure of myself to return to this review and either update or remove to make another accurate review.

So it is Pizza Hut. One in every town I have lived in from coast to coast. Why review it then?…read moreWell this particular Pizza Hut deserves some recognition. For the last few years it was, hands down, the worst chain restaurant I have eaten at. Horrible service, below average pizza (when they actually made your order), and an obviously displeased staff. Pizza Hut had become a place we simply were not willing to eat. Thus evening we decided to try this place one more time just to check out the new menu that has been advertised recently. The food was good, but more importantly the staff was great. We were quickly taken to our seats, our order was taken and a hot pizza was on the table quickly. Would be what someone expected if they stopped at any Pizza Hut in America. However it was such a marked improvement here that it deserves to be recognized. I would give it 5 stars, but it is Pizza Hut. Not exactly the best pie Chicago New York has to offer.
