Hello,
We are very sorry to hear that you were not pleased with your experience at Salaam Daycare. However, we are committed to providing excellent whole hearted care to each child entrusted to us.
As a childcare provider the safety of the children in our care is a major necessity. State regulations mandate that each child remain home if they suffer from any of the following illnesses: diarrhea, fever, vomiting etc. Please review this policy further at our website: www.salaamdaycareonline.com
We understand that it is extremely frustrating when your workload as a parent is very full, however, we simply cannot risk that other children in our care fall ill.
Additionally upon registration, each parent is provided with our policies and procedures. Apart of our payment plan is that once we have agreed upon the number of days of attendance payment is required whether the child comes or not. This policy isn't directly made up for each family it is a policy all our registered family's follow. By taking a place in our daycare tuition is required, since that is our livelihood and we may be left without an income for the month. Just as one enrolls for a course at the university whether they attend or not tuition is paid in full up front.
At Salaam daycare we pride ourselves by offering a limited number of childcare openings in an effort to keep the ratio of children to adults really small. This restriction helps us offer activities that better enhance each child's motor skills and creative abilities. Whether it is from our arts and crafts time, to dance, reading, or our outdoor nature walks each child experiences, he/she will learn at their own pace.
We hope to continue to better our services and offer unique quality care to all the families we meet.
Regards,
