Check in was extremely fast, I waited less than 5 minutes for Nicole to come get me. Nicole performed three wax services for me and made sure I was at ease and as comfortable as I could be while getting my hair ripped out of its follicle. She made sure I was handling my waxing pain throughout the process by asking me how I was feeling. Nicole is very knowledgeable and gave me after care tips since it was my first time. Nicole is very sweet, caring, and personable. I highly recommend her, despite the one bad review she got. I came back in for my second wax/follow up wax and asked for Nicole. Again, she did an amazing and meticulous job! Nicole remembered everything we talked about in my first appointment and her conversing with me helped take my mind off the waxing pain and made my appointment go by quickly! I highly recommend coming here and having your services done with Nicole!

I can say that after MANY previous waxing appointments that Jess did an PHENOMENAL job in just one visit. She was gentle in her approach and meticulous when it came to removing any resistant rogue hairs. I have honestly never had someone take that much care during my waxing session. I also bought an amazing exfoliating product that I have instantly fallen in love with. Waxing the City (& Jess) definitely earned every star on this visit!

A couple of weeks ago, I caught a glimpse of my back in the mirror and was absolutely dumbfounded. I turned to my wife and asked if she could help remove the hair. She confidently said yes and bought a waxing kit from a local store. Fast-forward to our DIY waxing session--it started off okay on the upper back, but once she got to the lower back and love handle area, it was a whole different story. The pain was unreal. I actually had to holler "uncle" to get her to stop. Of course, she was laughing like she was enjoying the torture, which didn't help. We happened to be heading to Ardmore for the weekend, so I looked up a professional waxing studio that could do it right--and with less pain. That's when I found Wild Orchid Waxing Studio. I was a bit nervous and had some anxiety since I'd never done anything like this before. But from the moment I walked in, I was put at ease. The studio is owned and operated by a husband-and-wife team, and they create an extremely clean, professional, and welcoming environment. I shared my home waxing horror story, and we all had a good laugh. More importantly, they explained the process clearly, handled everything with care, and provided excellent aftercare advice. The entire experience was virtually pain-free compared to what I went through at home. I highly recommend Wild Orchid Waxing Studio to anyone in southern or south-central Oklahoma. Whether you're new to waxing or just looking for a professional and trustworthy place, this is it. You will not be disappointed!
