John, the owner, is extremely serious in giving customers the best service and ensuring that customers who leave his place leave happy with their service. I do have a habit of chewing my nails bc of anxiety (im getting better) but they both sat there and laughed so hard when I admitted to it like that's not okay. The artist doing my nails was super tough on my fingers and cut two of them. He rushed my nails which made them super sloppy and gross. Didn't even get the design I was asking for. I lied and said they looked good not wanting to make him feel bad. He then proceeded to charge me well over price and a sloppy job. The next day three nails fell off completely. The guy that was going to do my nails had me switch to a different guy because my sister wasn't getting as complicated of a design as I was she was getting her nails done too at the same time. Decided to take my wife to get couple mani/pedis. We were sat promptly and the man helping my wife was talkative and funny at times while the woman helping me was more occupied watching the hurricane on the TV for portions through the time being there. Then he asked my wife "How far along are you?" My wife is NOT pregnant and does not look pregnant! We were dumbstruck and wasn't sure what to do. My wife told him that she isn't pregnant. Terrible! I will NEVER go back here which is super disappointing because I've heard such great things about some of their nail techs. My appointment was at 3:30 with Lee, got there about 5 minutes early and checked in. I was getting a fill and eyebrows. It was 20 min past my appointment so I asked if someone can someone do my eyebrows while I wait. They didn't, a couple minutes later they gave me to a lady to file them and prep them for Lee. Then she said she had to take them off because they were dip powder and not gel, I got a full set just 3 weeks prior, and said no, I didn't want them off but then a man came by and said they needed to be taken off, I was irritated, but said ok. So then she put my nails in acetone for like 20 min and no one came to check on me except to say that they're going to put me with someone else. I told them no, I was here to see Lee. Not realizing he was with a client who would take at least another 30+ minutes. Another 10 minutes went by and no one came and checked in on me, so I started picking my nails off myself, someone noticed and came and told me to wash my hands, I walked by Lee and he wasn't anywhere near being done with his client, it was now 4:30pm. My guess is that the client he was with, wasn't started too much earlier then when my appointment was supposed to be. I washed my hands, grabbed my stuff and left. I previously had gone here with my daughter for her 5th birthday to get her a mani pedi, and myself brows and pedi. We got there, they sat us down, took me back to get my eyebrows and I missed the whole manicure of my daughter. They didn't do a great job on my polish job but did a good enough job on my daughters. read more

This nail place is the absolute worst place to go for any type of acrylic nails. I called in to get my nails done and they didn't ask for a name so when I went they said I had no appointment. There was 4 people who came in before me clearly with no appointments , a young guy asked who was getting what in the waiting area. They said fill , gel or whatever they needed to have done. And after they were done saying what he asked if they had appointments they said no and he brought them back to a seat. I wasn't angry about anything until I waited 15 minutes for them to come get me for my appointment. They guided me to a seat and sat me down for 10 minutes with no service just waiting on someone. The same young guy cane asked what I wanted I deceived accurately. He did my nails and when doing the acrylic made them thick and too wide. I asked for almond rounded. These were square and wide. If I could give this place 0 stars I would...I called ahead of time to see if they did the service I wanted. I was told they did and it would be $45 for it. He kept persuading me to keep them on because it would "be more work" to take off so I eventually said okay because I did not want to deal with it anymore. At first things were great here, I used to enjoy coming here, always enjoyed the outcome after seeing Lee. He's very talented, thanks for making me feel Sexy Lee! There was one other guy Nhut, now this guy if freaking talented and funny. He's a smartass but in a great way. Nhut knows customer service. He knows how to listen to his customer's needs, and meets their standards, no matter how picky they are. My first bad experience was with Henry. As a customer who's already been treated SO WELL by two other staff members, I'd expect the same from the others. Simply because it's common courtesy. Henry gave me a Pedi, and I specifically requested one for dry feet. Henry proceeded to make comments about how much skin was coming off. "The shaver filled so fast!" then displayed it for others to see before cleaning it off. Thank you, Henry, for humiliating me in front of the rest of the salon. After we finished, I couldn't wait to get out of the building. I figured I'd give them one last chance and went back. This time I was with a gentleman I've never been with before, he never gave his name, but was an older man. The entire time he was using the Dremel he was very heavy handed and often burned my nail tops and cut my cuticles. I told him each time that he was hurting me. By the end of the manicure when he added the oil to my cuticles, I realized I had a deep cut on my right thumb cuticle. It's unfortunate to say this place sucks.
