    Friendly and personal staff welcome (they already knew my name through car registration recognition…read moretechnology). After parking my car the driver promptly greeted me at the check in desk, I loaded my suitcases and departed for the airport within 10 mins of arrival. On return, they collected me at the airport within 10 mins and after helping with unloading the suitcases, my car keys were handed over swiftly. Car was located to the front of the car park.

    This company is useless since it has taken over Purple Parking who were excellent. I waited 30…read moreminutes for the bus to leave their parking for the airport and nearly missed my flight. They are hopeless and they tell you if you have a complaint you must contact the website team, crazy I know. Every other car park runs shuttles every 10 to 15 minutes. After 15 years of using them, I won't be back. Avoid Q park and use one of the other airport parking companies

The directions to get out of the airport were very difficult to follow and I kept ending up going around and around the airport. Finally I pulled over to a service road where there were BMW X5 marked as police cars parked and I asked a police officer with SWAT / HRT type gear about getting onto the M4 to London. He noticed we were not communicating (American English is different than British English)... So after some exasperating conversation, he said "please follow me and when I turn on the blue lights on the car, you go right and I will go left, that will take you to the M4". Off we go on a police escort and just as he promised, flashed blue lights for me to head out of the airport. Then he waves us happy motoring. What service the British police do for lost travelers! 5 stars for these wonderful folks !

I booked it 7 days in advance, paid £69 for 7 days, and found on arrival that the rack rate would have been about £100 for the same deal. Courtesy buses every 10 minutes to all terminals. Safe, guarded parking.

    Having booked an early departure on Eurostar we had the problem of travelling to St. Pancras from…read morehome. The train fare was more expensive than the deal we got from Eurostar. Trawling the net I came across Lomax Parking. What a find that was. For £15 a day (cheaper than most airports) we booked a place. A bonus was that if parking for 3 days or more, there is a courtesy taxi to the station and pick up on return. PERFECT. Everything went so smoothly, thanks to those guys at Lomax.

    What excellent service from this long established business! Not only (during the hectic Christmas…read moreweek) did Mr. Kember put my car forward for its M.O.T. but also fixed a number of problems I had been experiencing with the vehicle, filled it with petrol, fitted a new battery and collected me from the station so I might collect the car.
