I had my second session with her tonight. I will be coming back for many more. She makes customers feel comfortable and welcome. I always leave feeling peaceful, lighter, relaxed. It's like an energy massage. She is LGBTQ+ friendly. She offers appointments as late as 6 pm. I love that. It makes it so easy for me to come after work. I use my phone to audio record our sessions so I don't miss any intuitive messages that she shares. She also sells this sage spray that smells amazing. Please support this healing, amazing small business.

I went in for a Float appointment and I was very pleasantly surprised. I originally purchased out…read moreof pure curiosity - I thought I would try it once just to see what it was like and probably never do it again. After experiencing it - I know I will be doing it again. The float is weird at first, but after you get settled the stress and tension just seem to float away. My neck had a pain in it for awhile, and it is relieved after the float. I didn't expect that. I thought it was just going to be an interesting experience, I had no idea the tension relieving benefits that I would receive. I can't wait to do it again! I had the appointment in the morning, and am writing this review late in the evening - and I have been relaxed and tension free all day. Stress has eased. The benefits are amazing. The pool is large and there is a shower in the room. I would advise taking a bag with all the products you need to shower and get ready. I took a large bag. I wish I would have taken a bag that had different compartments because all my stuff got jumbled between what I needed for shower and getting ready. You will shower and dress in the float room - but them move to another room to finish your blow drying - so it will be easier to keep your items separate for easier and faster access. Take a good shampoo with you - my hair felt very salty (no surprise) when I was finished. So I wanted to give a good wash and condition after. If you have a scrape - use the ointment provided to cover it. The bath does sting if you have a cut. I had one on my knee that I didn't even know I had until I got in the bath.

I walked in to her lovely space feeling torn, and walked out with a much stronger sense of what path I needed to follow. She also helped me understand that I could trust my intuition. The way Kathryn works is unique, in my experience, and allows her to cut to the heart of the matter. Kathryn, herself, is warm and funny and exudes purpose. And best of all, she is a TEACHER! She is generous with her gift. I am so grateful that someone finally recommended her. I've only lived in Lexington for 25 years! Oh well, better late than never.
