George and his team, whether as PHE MORTGAGE, or NIMB, has stood by me throughout the years. Mostly recently, George and his team helped me refinance my home expediently, efficiently, and with care. Prior to this, George Kalis helped me to move into my home in Fairfield in 2017. At one point, the loan was about to fail b/c of funding issues. Most lenders would have "passed" on me b/c it was a complicated process to "save" this. He stood by me. In fact, by the time, I realized my loan was failing, he had already taken steps to tell me what he needed to "fix" this. Instead of telling me he could not help. He directed and guided my loan to success and closing. I stand for you George, b/c you stand for me, as your client and friend. This has made all the difference in my life and for my family.

I am providing 5 stars for the sales team because they are easy to work with and provide good follow up; they are a franchise and not in a position to influence your loan after the sale. If The Superior Team sold products other than Caliber I would bring my patronage back to them. If you like to tip your waiters and waitresses a lot of money even if the food and service is bad, then you are in the right place. Great service during the sale, but bad product and experience after you close. The corporation, not this sales team, sold my loan to a 3rd party within 60 days of me signing the dotted line. The sales team made it very clear that "They" (the corporate side) not the sales team, makes the decisions without them and the sales team can not do anything to assist. The sale of my loan has caused me a lot of inconveniences and confusion with respect to my automatic banking, insurance, and overall management of my situation. When I engaged with the corporate entity, I was referred to the contract that says Caliber has a right to sell the loan at any time. I was also told that the sales people quoting 90% of the Caliber Loans are typically serviced for the life of the loan was wrong and they casually apologized for the misleading information. ...Buyer Beware...I was misled.
