I made an appointment for a 90 minute massage at Hands On for yesterday afternoon. I had a wonderful massage from Valerie......she was just great and made me very comfortable. But the most surprising aspect - somehow, in the course of the massage, I began to release pent up emotions I didn't even think I had. I cannot explain it. I left feeling an enormous amount of gratitude for the experience. A very genuine and authentic experience. I truly appreciate it.

We went in with an open mind and zero expectations and we left feeling a deeper understanding of ourselves and our minds. Paula is incredible and we are planning on visiting Sedona again to book a longer appointment! Even if you have only 30 minutes or spare, go see Paula!

Went here while on a trip to Sedona with my family. I had previously looked up Reiki on YouTube and…read morethought Sedona would be a perfect place to try it out for the first time. Paula was very kind and welcoming. I booked a 30 minute chakra balancing and Reiki session and it all went by so quickly. I nearly cried at the beginning of it, somehow I thought of my therapist. I felt good after it was over. She tried to help me clear up some lingering stuff from a surgery I had a few years ago. She recommended I look into the throat chakra and get a turquoise necklace. Communication is something I've struggled with in therapy and in life so I wasn't surprised to hear that. She also helped with my fight-or-flight response which I know is always simmering below the surface. Overall, this was a great first experience and would come back the next time I visit Sedona.

Got to her space and felt immediately at home. She has a very calm and inviting energy around her and the office space. I was scheduled for a past life regression and we switched it up to a hypnosis mediation which is just what I needed. I am currently in recovery and working on sobriety and her knowledge, understanding and nonjudgement truly helped me see the light. I will absolutely be returning for another session and see where the universe takes me. 10/10 would recommend

My daughter and I had readings with Yahaira recently. There were several things that we were not…read morehappy about. Before the session started, we made sure she knew we only wanted 45 minutes each. She did not stick to this time and ran over by 15 minutes with one of them (an extra $30). I think this is unethical and unprofessional. Another issue was that she berated us within the first 5 minutes for not being honest with her when she made a statement we didn't agree with in our readings. We had our readings separately and did not realize this until we spoke about it afterwards. After this she asked many questions but really answered none. She can do natal charts, but I don't believe she has a true psychic ability unfortunately. I have been to someone in the past that is truly gifted, so I know the difference.
