I originally found their online aisle planner website difficult and hard to navigate at first and learned to really appreciate it down the road. It wasn't that it was hard to navigate more than I didn't take the time to explore all the different features. It was a life saver for me and later turned into my wedding bible because it housed all my vendor information, payment schedules, important dates, seating chart, checklists, and more. Fast forward to the month before the wedding. Christine was amazing and set up all our final vendor meetings, etc. she made sure all the vendors talked to each other and coordinated everything with the hotel. They made sure we were taken care of, checked in, and never left. Diana was also a life saver and had my shoes ready for me to change into after all the photos.
