I rented this location for my daughters wedding on September 28, 2019. There's nothing wrong with…read morethis facility. As you can see by the pictures it's actually a really nice new place. Originally I rented the deck for her ceremony and the Dogwood for her reception but I cancelled the deck because of issues with the management. I had so many issues with management that I personally would never use this place again, at least not for anything that required decorating so ladies be forewarned that you can't use flowers of any kind of the deck. You can't hang anything because you aren't allowed to use any type of ladder. So pretty much no decorations at all. The worst part about renting this facility is that you get different answers from different people about different things. The guy that is in charge works like 4 days a week for 6 hrs a day so good luck with quick responses to questions. The only good part is for a small wedding if you dont care to decorate it's cheap. $80 AN HR. That's half a traditional venue cost for an off day. So there's that.

The best part was the customer service. We had our 3 year old with us and the staff came out to offer him chicken fingers or a hot dog and fries. My son wasn't complaining or anything. They just offered. They brought him chicken fingers and french fries and these were not frozen chicken fingers. This was real breaded chicken and the tastiest fries. The staff was friendly and pleasant and we didn't feel rushed for a second. One person commented that the staff knew what you needed before you did. I don't usually gush like this but I left happy and well fed with a child that was able to hold out until well past his bed time because this place was so awesome.

One of my brdiesmaids had a 3 year old and the wait staff just brought him out these delicious chicken fingers and fries without them even asking or without him even making a fuss about not waning any of the food! The wait staff also came around individually to the table where my fiance and I were sitting to congratulate us on getting married the next day. Beyond the fact that the place was beautiful, food was excellent and the dessert was out of this world, AND my drink glass was never empty, the people working the event that night went above and beyond their duties to ensure every person at our dinner was satisfied. I could not have asked for more and would recommend Bentwinds to anyone who has a need for an event space!

I didn't swim, so I didn't see the women's locker room. The only issue we had was that the slide was closed when we got there around 6 pm. My son really wanted to get on it but maybe next time. There's plenty of parking and a lost and found at the front of the entrance. I recommend this pool.

That feels more like an exclusive gatekeeping tactic than a legitimate policy. On top of that, the service is inconsistent at best. I placed takeout orders multiple times and each time they were either delayed, wrong, or completely forgotten. The management is also a major issue -- unresponsive and clearly playing favorites, which creates a tense and unprofessional environment. I've spoken to several staff members who seem overworked and miserable, which definitely trickles down into the member experience. Overall, it feels like the club is riding on its location and name, not on the quality of service or management. Very disappointing.

Seriously, these bagels were like hockey pucks and the muffins just crumbled in your hand when touched. Not a great way to start a long day :( Our instructor told us to head to the dining room for lunch, which would be $10.95 for the buffet including fried chicken or $7.50 for just soup and salad bar. About 30 of us walked down the hall and the hostess seated us. We were just finishing at the buffet (with no fried chicken in sight) plates in hand when the manager of the dining room told us to take our things and get back to our meeting room. It was extremely awkward. We took our belongings and plates of food back to our meeting room where the manager said a server would be delivering silverware momentarily. About 10 minutes later, the server arrived and had no clue she was supposed to be bringing silverware. She went to get it and by the time she got back, our food was beyond cold. The manager came into our class and told us it was time to come to the cash register to pay, so we all followed her out. She rang everyone up for $14.32, even those that only got soup/salad. She said that was the price and she can't honor what we had been told. In the afternoon, they brought cookies and various cans of pop into the class room for an afternoon snack. Would much rather have had something that wasn't loaded with sugar, and perhaps some water. There had been a water pitcher set up with breakfast but it ran out quickly and was never refilled. Not a good spot for a meeting :(
