We were able to get it repaired and got the problem resolved quickly. Phillip was not only courteous, but he took the time on a busy weekend to address our problems, when other electric companies wouldn't even call us back! Phillip's prices are fair and reasonable. I actually have a home warranty and Phoenix electrical is not on my warranty plan but thank goodness every time my warranty assigns me someone for electrical they do not show up or never call to schedule. With my warranty this allows me to find my own electrician and I'm not sure how I ended up finding Phoenix electrical but I will never use anyone but them. Jeremiah has been my regular electrician now. He has done everything from installing outlets behind my television so wires are not running down my wall. He has also repaired switches and outlets. And the biggest thing that I have to praise Jeremiah about was an issue where one light after the next stopped working in the house Jeremiah spent hours on this very complicated very old 1902 home and finally found the issue that's spanned over two junction boxes in and through my attic which has a double ceiling and repaired it! He was relentless in his efforts to locate my problem! And when I tell you when he gets done it looks as if he was never here. He brings his own hand vac and cleans the entire area! Phoenix Electrical is number one in my book. Take it from someone with a home built over 100 years ago Phoenix Electrical always keeps their appointments, and when I have questions they respond quickly and are always very polite. Edit: Unfortuntely I have to edit this review as the follow up to this plumbing job has been…read morehorrific. Following the plumbing job, I never received an invoice for the work. After having another leak in the same spot 6 weeks later, I called Casteel to follow up with the invoice and pricing. Once I recieved the invoice, I noticed that I was charged over $650 to just cut the ceiling to see the issue. Yes, over $600 to CUT THE CEILING, which took 5 mins at most. Then, the repair was performed, which was another $600. I have now tried to contact Casteel for 3 weeks to get an explanation for the $650 charge and I cannot get anyone to talk to me. I have been transferred, hung up on, transferred to full voicemails, promised calls back in 12 hours, etc. Noone is willing to explain or ever give me the time to tell me why my simple 6 x 10 in ceiling cut was labeled as a "level 2" cut - which means it was in a dangerous or inaccesible location, prompting the $600+ charge. Long story short, had the second plumbing leak fixed for $350 by another company, compared to $1200+ from Casteel. DO NOT USE CASTEEL PLUMBING. You will be overcharged. Go to literally any other plumbing company. I hope this finally prompts Casteel to reach out to me, as they can see that I've called 10+ times and there are lots of notes on my account regarding this concern. Had a great experience with Casteel. We were able to get a quick appointment and the tech was prompt and polite. Donald gave a very thorough explanation of the possible plumbing issues.
