I went to his Baptist Hospital office where he has a State of the Art Cat Scan that is built just for sinus viewing. The scan was basically a Chair you sit in and the Scanner goes around you head and takes it's pictures. The whole thing took about 60 seconds. The results were there immediately and the tech person E Mailed Dr Kronberg the Pictures and he called me right away and I was thankful all was well. It was star wars medicine. State of the Art and I am very thankful I have such a great Doctor. I don't know if other ENTs have this type of Equipment but I am thankful mines does.

I would definitely trust him to diagnose your sinus issues and come up with a solution that will work for you. The practice is very busy and you may have to wait, however be assured it is worth it. Or, call and request a first thing in the morning appt you can usually get in ASAP. One other thing that I was really appreciative about - my son needs sinus surgery and they were able to squeeze us in last minute so we wouldn't have to pay a high deductible for the following year. They really do everything they can to accomodate patients and get you better.

    To start off, I love my doctor (Molina). The office staff is rather detached and robotic but have…read morenever actually been rude. The major problem is the way they handle prescription refills. I am on several prescriptions - and probably will be for life. Ialways go to the office in the Baptist Medical Arts building (main Baptist campus). I recently was running low on a medication I need to take daily. I contacted the office three times and my pharmacy tried three or four times. Lesson: NEVER leave a message on the voicemail when requesting prescription refills because they never follow through. Consequently, I was out of the medication for nearly an entire week until they got their act together. The worst of all? They "approved" it and sent in an order for one pill. ONE. After I contacted them again (and my pharmacy called, too), it took them several more days to get it right and send the refill order. I go through this every time I need a prescription refill from this office. Either someone isn't doing their job, or the system is useless. Or both. So, I keep coming for my doctor. That's my only reason.

He felt compelled to write a review, based on his experience today, which was amazing. My husband has only mild hearing loss but suffers from tinnitus. He saw Mr. Edwin Feijoo, whom he says is an outstanding individual. Mr. Feijoo was patient, understanding and truthful. He started off by telling him, that he didn't need a hearing aid based on his hearing loss. When my husband explained about the tinnitus, Mr. Feijoo knew exactly what he was going through, and was very understanding and companionate. They spent over an hour going through all of the hearing aid options, never once pushing to make a sale. Mr. Feijoo explained everything in detail and selected a hearing aid that was suitable for him. He would highly recommend Mr. Feijoo and this Miracle Ear Store. The experience, professionalism and service was top notch.

This was frustrating because I had already called ahead to confirm, and I was assured they verify insurance the day before the visit. Like many patients, I took time off work and rearranged my schedule to be there, so this kind of oversight really matters. I asked to speak with the office supervisor, who explained they've been short-staffed for several days and staying late to catch up on tasks. While I empathize with a heavy workload, this doesn't excuse critical administrative errors. Poor staffing and lack of organization don't just lead to inconveniences like mine--they can result in much more serious issues for patients. I can't speak on the doctors themselves, but the office management desperately needs improvement. Accurate insurance verification and adequate staffing are basic expectations in any medical setting. Patients deserve better consistency and professionalism.
