I have tried repeatedly to contact them by telephone but only get voicemail and no one calls me back. It seems like this place is either out of business or will be soon. Either way, if you want your flowers delivered you should find another place to do it.

3 days away from christmas and i was just told to send a floral arrangement to a very important…read moreclient who lives somewhere in the wilderness. the catch? the nearest florist is an hour away. a challenge, once again, presented itself. thru teleflora, i was able to fulfill the task at hand. or so i thought. an hour passed after i placed my order, i get an email stating that the earliest delivery would be after christmas. well that totally defeats the purpose and definitely makes my job on the line - i think of the worst case scenario. a simple task that cannot be accomplished is not what i want to be remembered. as i digress, i explained my urgency for the order to teleflora and they were gracious enough to find other florists nearby while i did my own searching on the 'net. needless to say, our search landed with the flower box. i spoke to a lady named paula who was very sweet, really calm and collected. she had confirmed that she will be making the arrangement with a minor change on some of the flowers, which is totally fine as long as they still look christmas-y. i mean with a floral description like, "by golly, it's jolly", she knew what i was looking for. and of course, most importantly, she assured me that they will be able to deliver on time. definitely before christmas. yes! such a sweet sigh of relief! mission accomplished. keeping a mental note that if i ever happen to be in baker city, oregon, gotta make a pit stop and thank the flower box for totally saving the day!

But they were very graceful in accepting it and had it ready when I came in a little before closing time the next day. I thanked them again, especially since I had them operating in the blind since I have no idea about flowers, patterns, cors and arrangements. I had asked them this is what it's for, please make it appropriate for the occasion. And they did. When I picked up my order, I had to made a few trips to get everything. But as I was about to go in for the second time, one of the workers had come out to the vehicle so I wouldn't have to. I dint live here so I probably won't be placing an order of flowers, I will say this to anyone in the area. This is definitely a place that will take care of you, treat you nice and with patience.
