When I had shoulder surgery and my sling had come entirely unwound off my shoulder, I drove to Don's, and Dusty helped me get it set back to rights. As Mom has grown older, her medical needs have changed, and Don's has ensured she has what she needs, when she needs it. If there is a question or a problem, they don't just throw it to the side and wait for you to come in and just say, "Sorry. Too bad." Nope. They call your doctor's office or insurance company and do everything they can to prevent the simple act of picking up a script from turning into a panic attack-migraine-meltdown like the big chains do. Plus, they actually do their jobs. Pharm.D is supposed to be part of your medical team. At Medicine Man, they remember you and remember what works best for you or if you are allergic to something (ok, it's a 'notes' feature in their computer) and call your MD/APN for the better or cheaper medicine. They are really good at their jobs and actually give a dang about you. No, there's not a traditional drive-thu.
