I cannot say enough amazing things about our florist, Tamara. She is truly one of the most…read moretalented, thoughtful, and dedicated people we worked with throughout our entire wedding planning process. So many of our guests told us that we had "the most beautiful wedding flowers they have ever seen," and I couldn't agree more -- the flowers were hands-down my favorite part of the entire day. Tamara puts her whole heart into her work and it absolutely shows. She took the time to understand our rustic barn vision, our colors, our style, and even the sentimental details that mattered most to us. I asked her to create an arch using my dads elk antlers and to incorporate some of my husband's turkey feathers into my bouquet -- and she didn't just deliver... she went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. It was breathtaking, meaningful, and completely unique to us. Her creativity is unreal, her attention to detail is unmatched, and her passion shines through in every single arrangement. Tamara is one of those rare vendors who treats your wedding as if it were her own -- and we are forever grateful to have had her as a part of our day. If you want florals that take your breath away and a florist who pours her heart into every detail, choose Tamara. The quality of her flowers is unmatched. She made our wedding unforgettable!!!!

I hung up, but I will say this I know several people in New Prague and surrounding area I will be telling my experience to. Will never call here again, the grocery stores in town have beautiful flowers for less. The treatment is much better as well. I was not going to write this but on second thought, I told woman I wanted to order flower, heart balloon and a stuffed bear for my grandson's 16th Birthday. She laughed said "Grandma you should figure it out a 16 year old doesn't want a ballon and teddy bear from gramma" Then she said the heart balloon is for husband, wife, girlfriend boyfriend, not grandsons. My grandson has liked bears since little. I do know he would have liked it. I will order elsewhere. She said he would be insulted, her exact words.

We tried to order flowers and balloons for delivery, and the woman who was taking the order was so rude. I've never experienced someone like that before in retail service. She told us what we were ordering was stupid and the recipient of the gift would hate it. We tried again to order and she kept arguing with us telling us not to order flowers and balloons. It was honestly bizarre behavior. I would recommend never doing business with this establishment. It's not worth the frustration.
