I initially made the mistake of going to North Woods Stove & Fireplace. The rude North Woods people would not give me the time of day. Zero interest in my situation at North Woods; so I went to Stove Works, and met with Matt and his team. They listened to me, suggested a perfect solution, and they showed me a floor model Pacific Energy insert. After the team answered all my questions, I could tell this was the right solution and I made plans to purchase it. Steve and his team came out to take measurements, and before I knew it (and ahead of schedule) the friendly Stove Works team was onsite installing my new fireplace insert and chimney insert. Installation service was exemplary. My insert works like a charm and gives me 5X more efficient heat generation than my old fireplace. Matt and his team are terrific. I highly recommend Stove Works & Fireplace Center.
