They sent the person over and he was going to send us the estimate. On Wed May 14th the owner called me and was very rude and condescending. telling me that he didn't have time to work on aq "mobile home" - talking down to me like I'm some sort of trailer trash. He also said that he couldn't believe that this was an insurance claim. and that it was too small of a crawl space under there and no way would he have his workers do that. This property has been in our family since the 50's - my parents lived here hald the year and had moved the "mobile home" in over 25 years ago. My mom passed away last April and my 88 yr old dad doesn't understand why we don't have water. He's a 38yr military vet and this rude owner has just made sure that I will let everyone I know how rude he was to me (probably because I'm a woman too) and implying that we probably couldn't afford to pay the half up front that they require. I'm proud that both my parents and my son serve this country so people like him have the right to be a rude person - just like I have the right to air my disrespect for him and condolences to his employees who all were very nice on the phone. I do NOT recommend Visocky Plumbing.
